They took care of my basement remodeling, deck construction, and exterior painting. The team was always on time, really friendly, and obviously knew their stuff. The drywall repair was spot on, and the new fan installation went smoothly.

Their work on my kitchen remodeling was top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with the results. They also did an excellent job with some roofing repairs and tile work in my bathroom.

ICO construction did an excellent job of renovating four full bathrooms in our house. They completed all the work ahead of schedule - schedules were made such that not even an hour was wasted in a day. Communication was excellent. Any time we sent a message, we got a response within few minutes. They fixed all issues that we found after the work was completed. They also offered credit for the work they quoted
but was not needed. They offer one year warranty for their work. People who did the work are very skilled at what they do. Tiling, painting work that was done is outstanding. At the end of each day, the work area was cleaned up. Ilia and Or - the company co owners care deeply about the work they do and they want to see their customers happy. We highly recommend them for all remodeling projects.

ICO came to our rescue! We had a flood and the entire downstairs had to be remodeled. From the very beginning, Or and company made us feel listened to, valued, and assured that they will take care of everything. All along the way, Or and his associates kept our house clean, organized, and were very mindful of us living/working from home. They even took extra precautions to manage the dust and made sure our asthmatic son was safe during the demolition. Throughout the process, the kept us informed and even provided pictures to show progress. The finished remodel was beyond our expectations and they even went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. They even finished a week earlier than the projected timeline. My husband initially chose ICO for our home improvement project, and - though I am usually the one who orchestrates those decisions for our household - I can say without reservation that it was the best decision we could have made.

From the initial design walkthrough to final touch ups, Or and Iliya were responsive, communicative, and professional. They helped us solidify a vision for increasing storage space in our kitchen by creatively suggesting an idea we hadn't considered - moving our garage door - which ultimately allowed us to add on the kitchen pantry of our dreams.

A smaller part of the project included revamping our 70s wet bar to be more functional, removing a sink we didn't use and building custom cabinetry to match our kitchen and house a new wine fridge and more storage. Though the square footage of this area was tiny, the impact of the new storage and look of the bar has elevated our entire entertaining space.

ICO also did a custom paint job and installed wainscoting for our first baby's nursery room and even installed a custom wraparound shelf for a toy train set.

It's hard to understate how happy we are with the quality and look of the work. But even beyond that, living through construction was a surprisingly painless process thanks to the organization, creativity, and thoughtfulness of the team leads and crew. We will recommend this company to our friends, and also consider them for all future home projects.

ICO Construction recently completed a total renovation of my townhome and their work was excellent. Their design services were very helpful. They completed the project in a timely manner and the communication during the process was great. The quality of the work was great and I highly recommend them to everyone who needs a contractor.

The softly meandering veins on the bathroom floor take my soul to a strikingly peaceful retreat, away from the daily hustle and bustle. As I enter my pristine waterfall to cleanse, my spirit is all the more lifted, and simultaneously softened by the elegant curvature of the Cremant bronze. Not knowing anything about remodeling bathrooms in the beginning, I spent one entire year studying every single item before purchasing everything. I reviewed the functionality and aesthetics of many tubs, stones, fixtures, paints, baseboards, etc., had hundreds of discussions with many experts, and finally selected everything from top to bottom, including the seemingly inconspicuous yet important artwork such as the grout size and color, to personally design my signature bathroom. It was a wonderfully humbling and joyfully self-actualizing journey.

Magnificent ideas are only meaningful when they can be implemented meticulously. ICO walked with me and my family in this journey. It took an army of dedicated professionals to physically build our dream bathroom. Ms. Edyd, the talented designer, has a very informative palette. She and I had numerous including some late-night discussions to capture the quintessence of my own design. Mr. Or, the visionary commander-in-chief of this massive undertaking, asked me to put him on the speed dial. He was always available to answer my questions to ensure that all our plans were executed exquisitely. Mr. Or cares deeply about his team. Mr. Hector, the tile maestro, and his partners worked tirelessly in scorching heat fabricating tiles to bring my art vision to life. Mr. Christian magically and kindly transformed all the unanticipated lemons to much appreciated lemonade. Mr. Mauricio patiently instructed his team to solve the plumbing issues. Mr. Art/Jesse worked hard to deliver the shining glass with matching fixtures. Mr. Rimon and his team made baths much more invigorating after they ingeniously created a new connection to the breaker panel. Ms. Elvia and her partner put the cherry on the cake when they cleaned and turned this remodeling project into an immaculate palace.

When we decided to open our home daily for everyone to come in to work, we not only believed in their professional competence, but also their integrity and accountability. Even when we encountered obstacles, which are inevitable everywhere in life, ICO worked as a team to address the issues. During this remodeling journey, we saw a wonderful group of dedicated professionals who were passionate about building beautiful homes to spread joy and love, and this is what we believe life is all about.
