Or and Ilya were professional, organized, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They listened to what I wanted, offered smart suggestions, and kept everything running smoothly.

The kitchen came out exactly how I imagined -- clean, modern, and functional -- and the bathroom feels like something out of a high-end hotel. What really stood out was how transparent and responsive they were. I was always kept in the loop, and the schedule stayed on track from start to finish.

Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional Communication

I reached out requesting an estimate and was told someone would get back to me within two days. No one contacted me. I followed up and was told again someone would reach out--still nothing. When I mentioned that I was reviewing other estimates, I received a dismissive message essentially telling me to go with someone else.

This is not how you earn business. A professional would have shown up, assessed the job, and provided an estimate--not asked how much I wanted to spend. It was never about the price; it was about getting a fair, informed quote.

I won't be moving forward with a company that operates with such poor communication and an arrogant attitude.

I recently had my entire primary suite remodeled--bedroom, bathroom, and closet--and I can confidently say that working with ICO Construction was the best home renovation experience I've had in my 11 years of living in Texas. They exceeded every expectation.

Every trade professional who came through--carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting--brought deep expertise and pride in their craft. Each team worked with precision, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding across the board. Or, the head of operations, was the true standout. He stayed on top of every moving piece and was an absolute joy to work with--responsive, thoughtful, and proactive at every stage. When I became ill during the project, the team even stepped in to help manage responsibilities I couldn't handle, which was an act of kindness I'll never forget.

ICO handled the final punch list with speed and care, making sure every final detail was perfect. Their commitment to excellence, communication, and customer experience was unmatched.

I've worked with several contractors on my homes in both Houston and Dallas, and ICO Construction is far and away the best. If you're considering a remodel, you won't find a more trustworthy, talented, and professional team.

My kitchen was ugly, old, and not functional. I wanted something we could use as we got older (no low cabinets).
We interviewed several companies and chose ILO because they had a great presentation and website photos.
I am picky and wanted everything perfect. I added additional items during the project, and there were no complaints. Ilia would verify exactly what was needed and add it to the plan.
My kitchen is gorgeous, more functional, and will let us age with a better layout.
I also had my laundry room updated, which was a mess and now has cabinets for organization.
From planning to final walk through we had constant communication and always knew what to expect. It was a great experience all the way.

Outstanding job was completed on two full renovations of our bathrooms. Also, we had added new light fixtures, countertops and fixtures to two additional bathrooms. Very professional company whose quality of workmanship is spot on at a reasonable price.

ICO Construction and Remodeling gets an A+ / 5-star rating from us! When we decided to do a complete primary bathroom remodel my wife and I received bids from 3 companies. After meeting with each one we really felt a good vibe with Ilia at ICO. He was prompt, genuine, honest and professional. He answered all of our questions; however, we weren't 100% sure that we would go with ICO because they were not the least expensive bid. Over the next couple of weeks, without pressuring us, Ilia was the only one that followed up with us and he wanted to meet with us again. My wife and I really appreciated the way he sought after our business and addressed our concerns. I remember Ilia saying, we won't be the cheapest, but we will do it right and you will love the results! We ultimately hired ICO and the fun began. Next, we met with Edyd, their designer and she spent the afternoon with us shopping for flooring, countertops, tile, and vanities. The experience was enjoyable and her expertise was impressive. We couldn't have done it without you, Edyd! Thanks for all your help! My wife and I spent the next several weeks acquiring all of the other furnishings for our new bathroom and the work began shortly after Labor Day. That's when we met Or. He was an A+ project manager! He did a complete walk through of the plan with us and communicated with us daily. There was never a time that we ever felt cutoff or out of the loop with ICO. Or made many visits to our home many times during the project and was proactive in discussing any potential issues as well as made recommendations for us to consider along the way. Additionally, Ilia came by throughout the project to check on the progress and see how we were doing and addressed any questions as well. ICO brought in all of the professionals for the project (electrical, plumbing, tile and construction). We had the opportunity to meet a number of dedicated workers during the project. They were all great; however, Benjamin deserves special mention. I greeted him at 8AM everyday at our front door for the next several weeks; like clockwork. Benjamin was OUTSTANDING! He was friendly, respectful, dedicated, and is excellent at what he does! Thank you, Benjamin! Like any major project there were hiccups along the way; however, ICO was committed to our satisfaction every step of the way. They were flexible and fair with any changes or concerns that arose. Ilia and Or were like minded and on the "same page" if/when there was a problem and that really spoke to their integrity. Or conducted a wrap up of the project with my wife at completion (I was out of town), and they had their cleaning company come in and do a deep clean of the affected areas of our house. All we can say is, WOW, we LOVE our new bathroom!! If you're planning a bathroom remodel, do yourself a favor, reach out to ICO.
