Pinch was amazing to work with. One of the best experiences I've had with a catering crew in some time. This is definitely a top notch outfit (but I'd expect nothing less in NYC as it's such a competitive market). Everyone was so friendly and proactive and their captains/leaders were super pro. They have specialty carts and custom tables for just about any food service scenario you can imagine. Our guests loved the bagel bar and fresh juices.

Working with Pinch for our wedding's welcome party was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process! Our Welcome Party was in a blank space gallery venue and I knew Pinch would be able to liven it up and fill it with their creative interactions, pop-ups and dishes. The food was amazing and their staff were professional and very attentive. The guests all raved about the quality and the uniqueness of everything they saw from Pinch that night. Not only was the end result everything we had hoped for, but the entire planning process with Carly, Victoria, and the rest of the Pinch team was a complete pleasure. They are the best in the business, for sure. The process was marked by clear consistent communication, creative collaboration, and genuine care and enthusiasm. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Pinch again in the future, they are absolute stars.

I've had the pleasure of working with Pinch for several years as the caterer for Brooklyn Children's Museum's gala. The team seeks out on how to make each gala memorable from initial idea generation to the day of and then a debrief (a forgotten art by many) to reflect on the event.

Carly, Lainey and the entire team make planning an event that much easier. Truly this team is an exemplar in the catering world as while quality of food is the primary focus there is a thoughtful approach to presentation, how guest interact with it and also ensuring the right menu based on the event.

They go above and beyond as we had one random idea in discussion and then decided it wouldn't work and seemed like not the right cost - out of the blue three month's later Lainey emailed with a new idea to explore that lowers the cost and has a bigger impact. Carly always thinks about the 1 or 2 things that will make the event and experience phenomenal and willingly shares and also incorporates feedback and ideas.

Additionally, they are always innovating and iterating so that each year there are new options to explore.

It truly is a pleasure to work with them. They have made our gala the talk of town and one of Brooklyn's best parties.

We worked with Pinch for our wedding at the Weylin in Brooklyn and they really exceeded our expectations and were incredible to work with.

- Multicultural wedding - Pinch is one of the few caterers we've found who was able to incorporate Indian cuisine seamlessly, along with American fare, which was very important to us. And Pinch was able to do this in a way that felt authentic to us and created a menu that was balanced and complementary (pani puri and Biryani Arancini for example)

- Innovative: Pinch's pop-ups during cocktail hour and dessert are very unique and were naturally a point of conversation for our guests. The crispy potato sandwiches served hanging down from an umbrella and the compressed fruit cocktails that replicated the US Open's Honey Deuce went beyond what we thought we could expect for the food at our wedding

- Attention to detail: Pinch's service is quite a bit better than what we've experienced from caterers at other weddings. For instance, Pinch's team only served a table when each guest's food at a given table was ready and all plates are served simultaneously, which feels like more like what you'd experience at a higher end restaurant vs. the conveyer belt-style service you typically see at a wedding

Several of our guests told us they were chasing around Pinch staff during cocktail hour to try more of the food and said that this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding.
