The fascia had fallen down and was in need of repair and I would search online for a roof repairer.When I contacted Kahlo Construction Manuel came in the next few hours to inspect the damage and to give me an estimate. He inspected my roof and told me that there was so many places in my roof that the wood had rotted over the years and in need of replacement along with the two sun tunnel skylights. He showed me pictures of how it looks. He gave me the option of either repairing the fascia damage? Or to replace the whole roof? Replacing the whole roof would cost slightly more than just repairing the fascia damage, whereas, another company would have charged tens of thousands for a roof replacement. The fact that my home is almost 20 years old and the roof is reaching the end of it's useful life and that it was likely not made with good quality materials.Manuel told me that the price they charge is not only to make it price competitive and also affordable for those who need of roof repair but cannot afford to just contract anybody else who would charge more. But it's also that they want their customers to be happy with their work and the price. Something told me to go for the roof replacement option due to the price in which he would inspect and give me a price. Several workers came and replaced the roof in which they started very early and finish in more than 9 hours. There was a mishap in which a hole was made on the ceiling, but he was getting somebody to fix it. Manuel again showed me how it now looks after they finished replacing the roof. But otherwise, they did a great job that I won't have to worry about the roof again when it rains for as long as I plan to live in the home. Great job what you all did to my roof!
