Worst move I've ever had! I've moved a few times and even had an item damaged. The difference was the company took care of the damaged item! Ken and his helper were late but that was okay since it was early and I was his 1st move. They did not shrink wrap all of furniture so when his helper Mike stacked a short bookshelf and my nightstand on their dolly and it fell, the nightstand was damaged to where one of the drawers is not operable, will not open. He promised multiple times he would take care of the damaged item. That was 12/14/24 and it is now 3/6/25. Now he is not communicating with me, did not respond to my calls, stop responding to my text messages. I did not want to provide a bad review so I waited and waited and waited. Now I'm just mad and disappointed. If I had read his company reviews and BBB complaints before I scheduled my move with Ken, I would have spent my money, including the tip I gave, else where. Ken is full. I would not recommend Ken's Reliable Movers for anything.

I moved from a one bedroom to a three bedroom. Mr. Ken did amazing he took all tvs down and all beds and moved them with care. I also had a big oversized chair. My first spot was on the first floor and my spot I moved to was on the third floor. After loading all of my things up three flights of stairs. He hung all tvs up and put together all of the beds. He was quick and very efficient

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Amazing price, amazing service, super sweet guys and hard working!! I would give them 10 stars if I could...just amazing!! I will for sure use their services again! I can't brag enough!
