Transforming Floors with Care & Precision

Transforming Floors with Care & Precision At Kings Perez Flooring, we pride ourselves on turning ordinary spaces into stunning showcases. Recently, our team had the opportunity to work with a lovely client, Anna W., who approached us with specific needs for her home flooring. With her enthusiasm and our expertise in hardwood flooring, we set out to create a beautiful transformation that exceeded expectations. The Before: A Flooring Dilemma Anna and her husband had been contemplating new flooring to enhance the beauty of their home. However, they faced some challenges regarding materials and logistics. With lots of questions revolving around the best flooring options, Anna reached out to us wanting guidance and support. During their visit to select materials, they discovered that their SUV could only transport a quarter of the order. It was a moment of concern, but Anna reached out to us, and we were more than happy to help. We understand the stress that renovation projects can bring, and our team is always ready to lend a hand where needed. The Transformation Process Upon securing the right materials, we scheduled a full installation date. Our team arrived promptly and ready to work. We ensured that everything was set up for a smooth installation process by prepping the area meticulously. Using high-quality hardwood flooring, we carefully installed the planks, taking great care in each step. Our experienced crew worked efficiently and effectively, ensuring that not only were the floors laid perfectly, but also that the space was clean and tidy upon completion. Here’s what Anna had to say about her experience: > "I had a great experience with Bernado (Kings Perez Flooring). I had lots of questions on the floors and what materials to get, and Bernado always responds quickly and explains patiently. When my husband and I went to pick up the floors, we were surprised to find our SUV can only hold about 1/4 of the floors we ordered (our fault!). I called Bernado, and he immediately agreed to pick up the rest for me. On the day of the installation, he came with his crews on time and did all the work quickly and cleaned up well at the end. I just love how beautiful my floors look like now!" The After: A Stunning New Look The final reveal was nothing short of spectacular. Anna's floors now display a warm, inviting aesthetic that enhances the entire ambiance of her home. The transformation highlighted the grain of the hardwood, adding both elegance and timeless appeal. Not only did we deliver a flawless installation, but we also provided peace of mind through excellent customer service, which we believe is just as important as the craftsmanship involved. Conclusion At Kings Perez Flooring, our mission is to ensure that your flooring experience is as effortless and enjoyable as possible. We strive to deliver not just quality floors but an incredible service experience that leaves a lasting impression.
