Great customer service! Fast response, great communication every step of the way! Jeff fixed my issue with a leaky hose bib. I recently had Lawson Family Plumbing install a new kitchen sink and faucet. I called them on Tuesday and told the lady who answered the phone, who was very nice btw, that I needed to have a “new sink” installed. She stated that someone could be out in two hours. I said that I wasn’t at home but asked if someone could come out on Thursday. She said someone would be there between 0800-1100 and would also call 30 minutes before arriving. I said great and the lady said thank you and hung up. I immediately started wondering why I wasn’t asked any details about the work that I needed done, so I wasn’t really sure how it was gonna go. Anyhow, Jake showed up this morning and looked at the sink and faucet I’d already purchased and verified that it would work with my counter top. He then provided me an estimate for the labor costs. I agreed to the estimate and he got to work. He did a great job after arriving at the house with very little information about what I wanted. Would definitely use Lawson (Jake) in the future.

Had a few minor leaks that I called Lawson Family Plumbing. The technician Lionel arrived in the agreed time slot and evaluated the job. He offered suggestions for repairs. He provided a quote right on the spot and we agreed to the repair work. He had all of the valves and vacuum breaker available in his truck and completed the repairs in under 2 hours. The price initially seemed high but considering all the parts were provided I believe it was a reasonable price. I would call Lawson again for plumbing work and I would ask for Lionel again as he was very courteous and did the job quickly. Thank you Lionel and Lawson Family Plumbing!!!

We hired Lawson Family Plumbing for a water softener installation, a water heater installation, and other misc. fixes and updates. Robert came to give us a quote and was our first experience with the company. His professionalism and kindness were appreciated. Tanner met us twice to do the actual jobs and we were very impressed with the work and service. Total job time was a little under a day and a half and we felt he was honest and reasonable. Also, he wore shoe covers without having to be asked and that was a nice surprise. No real mess was left and they both answered every question we had. Plus, the admin team as well as the actual plumbers were very responsive and clear. Really no complaints at this point. Thank you all very much! We'll keep Lawson in mind for future jobs.

I had my toilet removed for new flooring, so I just needed it reset. Harley showed up, apologized for being late, and proceeded to give me a price. To set my toilet was $506 and he used parts I had, that were left by the flooring company.
So, this highly over inflated price was for his time. Just his labor to remove and replace 3 parts, clean up under the base, hook up the water, set the toilet and caulk. I had 2 other quotes for $159 and $185 but went with Lawson. Not sure why, except he was here, and I wanted it done or maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment. Had I been strong enough to pick up and carry my toilet, I could have set it myself. Extremely overrated and over inflated. I gave 2 stars because my toilet is in.

Thanks to Ian, for a superb job - start to finish - The estimate was accurate. Installing of new toilets was done with no hassles. Professional and skilled with a great attitude. I am thoroughly satisfied with this company.Working with Gabriel was the best experience I have encountered in a plumbing service company. They did everything right - phoning ahead of the service call, courteous, took their time to investigate the issues, fully explained the situation and then did a very clean, safe job. I would feel confident using this service for any service needed.
