I have this 30 years old AC unit that wasn't working properly, and with this San Fernando valley heat , I knew it's time to replace it and already prepared myself for a big expense.
I called Lee's HVAC for a solution, and after a short visit they suggested just to replace the air ducts (which are super old too), NOT the whole unit.
The team arrived the next day, replaced all the air ducts quickly, quietly and kept the house clean.
The price was great! (I made my research)
The house is getting cold faster now, I feel clean airflow in areas I didn't feel before ,and they didn't only save me from spending on a new unit , I'm also saving money on electricity now.
So happy I chose them! Great service! experts and honest .

Called at 5.30 on a Friday night after my AC went out on a 98+ degree day. Got a call back within 5 minutes and had an appointment for the following day. The technician Raymond was informed and helpful and explained the situation well.
I would highly recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism!

Our AC was on the fritz on a hot week, so we reached out to Lee's HVAC to see if they could help us out. They sounded super busy, but nonetheless Edaan made it out and fixed up our air conditioner in no time at all! We were impressed with the timing, friendliness, and quality of the service. Works great now.

Regarding my earlier post about Lee HVAC
I must mention that in spite of the troubles and uncertainties during system installation, the end result is outstanding conditioned air!
I'm as quick to commend as I am to complain and the installation crew is worthy of praise for their professionalism and workmanship and dedication to job completion, in spite of the language barrier.
Lee called me after reading my Yelp review and we discussed my concerns as well as how communication between installer, sales rep, and company were not complete, not from lack of concern but rather some misplaced assumptions, that all was well.
The outstanding long term of successful installations would indicate that this was no different, eliminating any need for a status check.
Lee and I discussed the ever present unexpected and as such is not grounds to believe that Lee HVAC doesn't care, they do!
He offered a sincere apology and made several gift offers to show his sincere sorrow for our inconvenience.
So based on Lees 5 star reputation and the performance of our AC system, I will accept this experience as a one time anomaly and I will recommend Lee HVAC.
I wish Lee continued good health and success in the future.
The 'experience' started by me answering an unknown caller who turned out to be a cold caller for Lee HVAC in Canoga Park selling AC inspections and tuneups. Very nice lady.
Ironically my son n laws 30 plus years old system had just died so I asked for a quote for total replacement-furnace, A-Coil, condenser, thermostat, ducts.
Edaan the sales rep arrived on time the next day. He was one of the most knowledgeable professional and polished sales people that I'd seen and as a customer service rep for 14 years in the irrigation industry I've seen a lot plus his crew could start the next day and finish in 2 days, he said.
That's all it took for my son n law and daughter to sign up.
Edaan claimed to be a 'people person' but as the first day of installation turned into night and the dream of a crew as polished as Edaan turned into a nightmare of a crew that was very nice but totally unintelligible when it came to not being able to tell why they couldn't get the thermostat installed and why they couldn't get the AC fan to run because they were from another country! Nice but microscopic communication.
There was a lot of shoulder shrugging and "habla muy poquito ingleis" That's ok because by then we were expecting Edaan to check in with a follow up call to see if the installation he sold was going as promised.
Never got a call and the crew left at dark not be able to say exactly what was wrong, or when/if they'd be back. Only "the board"
The following day (Saturday), we heard or saw nobody. I waited until 10 AM to tx message Edaan so as not jam his morning and found that he was not aware of the dilemma! Not his department maybe? He was at his sons soccer game.
By then my livid daughter had contacted the company and spoke with Lee himself. He said the crew would be there soon. They worked until Saturday night and didn't finish. Said they'd be back Monday. Still "the board?"
One man showed up Monday morning at 10 AM and finally got the system up and running by 5:30 PM. Just before my daughter and son n law arrived from their work.
So four days later the job is done. Now here's the rub, there was NEVER a follow up call from Edaan nor Lee. Like "Hey is the job done. So sorry for the inconvenience, can we offer you cheeseburger?" Some show of concern. Some post installation concern for the customer. None to this day.
As I said I've been in customer service and the only thing more important than customer acquisition is customer retention! That's where word of mouth advertising comes from, and that's what makes any business fly or crash.
Speaking of crashing, I'll close with this summary. Edaan's presentation had us believing that we booked a first class flight to AC Paradise. Instead we boarded a flight to AC uncertainty, a mechanical layover in a foreign country that was unsure of problems or when they'd be fixed or how to even tell us that, in our language! The crew didn't get the support they needed and neither did we.
Maybe I'm old school but I always followed up with my customers. I guess that kind of customer service is a lost art. Maybe today's society doesn't expect it, but I do.
Anyway, that's my first and last experience with Lee HVAC in Canoga Park.

With conflicting times for my appointment he handled it well. My appt was put back 10-2:00 pm . Not 12:00 -2:00. Was resolved.
