We shopped everywhere for an Ac that would be slim, quiet, work great, and of course... affordable! They really came through for us. They are the best and I wouldn't go to anyone else the next time I need help with our AC! Thank you so much!!!

Incredible service and very insightful! I called Lee's HVAC for a technician review on my most recent escrow and they were very accommodating. They quickly scheduled a visit and were incredibly knowledgeable. I stacked on multiple questions introduced after our general inspection and they clarified every single topic for us. They gave us a quote and full report quickly after the inspection as well. Happy to share this as a wonderful recommendation for anyone looking for an HVAC specialist.

Lee's HVAC was absolutely wonderful to work with. Unlike some of the other companies we received quotes from for a big repair/replace of a complicated HVAC system set-up, Lee's offered thorough, comprehensive, good-faith inspection and feedback--rather than trying to run up the costs of a quote or lead us into a situation where we would spend a ton of money on a repair only then to spend even more money replacing months later. Even among the final quotes we were considering, from a couple companies who felt like good-faith, honest partners on this work, Lee's offered the most comprehensive solutions and were patient in walking through the alternatives with us. From double checking their proposal with trusted experience experts, I also was able to confirm that their proposed methods for this project met high standards in the industry.
The folks involved who I worked with directly were Rudy, Raymundo, Ronalvi, and Brianna (admin/coordination). They all are knowledgeable, thorough, skilled in what they do, and friendly. The issue was resolved promptly, and I received prompt and thorough help after payment/installation as well with some follow-up questions I had. Can't say enough good things about this team.

We signed a contract with California Efficiency Group for multiple services, including solar panels, roofing, a water filtration system, and other upgrades. The sales representatives explained the services thoroughly and made several promises regarding warranties and benefits, which influenced our decision to move forward.

Initially, everything appeared to be progressing smoothly and on schedule. However, significant issues began with the roofing and solar installation. At one point, the crew indicated they wanted to leave the job partially completed in order to begin work at another property. We insisted that they complete our project before moving on. Fortunately, they did complete it after we raised concerns after we made several calls. With the solar installation, it took over five months for the solar panels to be installed. During that time, we repeatedly called for updates and were told someone would follow up, but communication was inconsistent. Eventually, it became very difficult to reach the sales person who handle our contract, our calls and text messages were no longer being returned.

Another major concern involved the water filtration system. We were verbally told that water filter replacements would be provided free for 10 years plus having a technician to come in to do the replacement for us. When we later contacted the office regarding the replacement filters, we were informed tat this was not included. After multiple calls and discussions with management, we reached a compromise where filters were provided for only 3-4 years instead.

Early 2025, I called to report an issue with my roof since my ceiling was leaking due to the heavy rains that we have. I found out that California Efficiency Group was taken over by Lee's Air Plumbing & Heating. It was extremely difficult to get timely assistance to address the ceiling damage with California Efficiency Group and Lee's Air Plumbing & Heating. Finally, they sent someone to fix it and it was done. They workers told me that the issue was that they didn't put enough material around the rails or the rail nails to block/prevent water to go through there, which supposedly they did add it this time.

Early 2026, I experience the same issue. Now Lee's is telling me that they are not responsible. According to Kimberly from Lee's, they only bought the database from California Efficiency Group. That they didn't purchased the LLC to do the repairs. While I was in the phone with her, I searched and I find out that you don't need to purchase the LLC to do the repairs, which later she stated that they are not responsible of anything. She claimed that they have well documentation which they don't. Jessica from Lee's told me that they were still waiting to get all the documentation and information from California Efficiency Group, which I have to send all the paperwork that I have to them. I asked her and question her then why did they service the fixes last year and why they are saying that they took over California Efficiency Group, she kept saying that was a lie that they didn't service the repairs and she didn't know why they are saying that. She kept repeating the same line over and over again telling me that they will not be responsible and she didn't wanted to waste her time with me, which she hand up on me. Now, I'm trying to look for a company that can do the repairs that Lee's Air Plumbing & Heating or California Efficiency Group denies to do.

Overall, we were scammed and lied. Please be aware of this type of companies, especially the ones that comes knocking to your door. I have learned my lesson and I will be more vigilant in any future projects and contracts with other companies. Any verbal promises, I will ask to be added and sign to the contract or added as an amendment.

We are so thankful that we listened to a recommendation we received and hired Lee's HVAC . Our heater stopped working in the peak of the cold front that came in the last few days. We reached out to Lee's and they immediately came out, figured out what was wrong with our heater and saved us. The team that came was so professional and knowledgeable and we are now warm and happy again. Thank you so so much !
