We had Legacy Plumbing out to inspect a PRV that we just had replaced by someone else because it was making noises. They were quick, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and honest. Even though their prices may be a little higher, we will definitely contact them in the future for peace of mind that the work is done correctly.

Johnny, Branden, and Clifton were professional at all times and helped us with our various plumbing projects around the house. Not only were they on time and polite, the project came in less than budgeted and quoted. What an amazing experience!!!

I reached out to Legacy Plumbing regarding upstairs sinks not draining. They immediately called me back and scheduled the service for the next morning at a time that was convenient for me. I usually try to fix these kind of things myself but thankfully my wife talked me into calling a professional because the job turned out to be much bigger than I expected. It took Jose Cuellar Jr. about 2 1/2 hours to get them unclogged. He gave me a quote as soon as he arrived. Even though it took him much longer than expected he stuck with his quote. He even checked my water heater and water pressure while he was here. They were very professional starting with making the appointment and during the entire time Jose was here. I'll be calling them again if (when) I have another plumbing issue.

Enoch was so helpful and did such a great job fixing up our leaking pipes! He accomplished the task with such a clean, precise, and professional finish. He knew exactly how to handle the problem and worked towards the solution with ease. After he finished, he left the working area clean and organized as it was before. He did such a great job!

I've been holding off writing this review because I wanted to be thoughtful and level headed. My elderly mother had two plumbing issues at her home: 1. A toilet that wasn't operating, and 2. A suspected sewage pipe leak in the front yard. A plumber I have used for years is no longer doing outside work, so I went on the Next-door Neighborhood App and saw rave reviews about Legacy plumbing.
When I called, the woman on the phone was extremely polite and friendly. She quoted the pricing structure for a service call ($50 service call and x amount for first few minutes). While I was a little apprehensive such a point was being made for pricing up front, I agreed to her terms.
The Legacy technician arrived on time on the date of the appointment. However, I was working so I made the unfortunate mistake of letting my mother meet the technician at her house. While he was there, I received several panicked phone calls from my mother letting me know the technician was peppering her with fee quotes. Snake the line, x amount. Diagnosis, x amount. Pull the bowl, x amount. Replace the wax ring, x amount. Replace the bowl, x amount. Replace the internal components, x amount. Replace the entire toilet with a new one, x amount (didn't need this done). Run a camera down the sewage line, x amount. Replace the sewage line which was 3 fee under ground, $3,600.00 (I remember that one). She was receiving multiple quotes for different services, some of which she did not need. I declined the quote for replacing the sewage line and found someone later that agreed to replace it for less than half Legacy's price. When it was all over, I paid Legacy $803.00 to replace the wax ring of the toilet ($249.00), replace the toilet shutoff valve ($75.00), replace the internal components of the toilet ($229.00), secure the floor flange to the slab ($55.00) and run a camera down the sewage drain ($145.00). I declined the new toilet offer of $789.00. Ultimately, the work I did authorize was performed in a satisfactory manner, but $658.00 to replace a wax ring and the internal components of a toilet seems a bit pricey to me. Coincidently, I did replace a toilet in my own home a week later. The new toilet from Home Depot was $199.00, and it took about an hour of my own labor to complete it. While I understand businesses need to make money, the money seems to be the driving motivator behind Legacy's practices more than anything else. Their aggressive tactics were quite distressing to my mom. I can't say I will use them again.

Last year my home had a plumbing issue and Legacy sent out Taylor, who was just the best, knowledgeable, professional, confident, and overall friendly. Well today we had another issue and Legacy sent the team of Sean and Evan, who were EXACTLY the same. Even Megan from the office was calming, assuring, friendly, and professional. Legacy Plumbing is top notch, not just in plumbing services, but customer care, which in my opinion shoots them to the TOP of the class!!!
