Matthew came out awhile ago and I forget to leave a review! Anyway, noticed water leaking out from the bricks on the outside of the house when using the faucet. Not good. Matthew came out, looked at it, it needed a new pressure regulator thingy. So the hole my husband cut in the wall on the interior was not necessary. Mentioned that I've been unable to use the bathtub in the master bath for FIVE YEARS because no hot water comes out. He replaced the cartridge doohickey & explained why they stop working and cleaned the entire area. He's officially the tallest ginger hero in my life! (From a tiny ginger who loves her tub time and does not know the actual names of repair items!) Now to get the hole in the wall repaired.

These guys are great! I reached out through yelp before business hours on Monday morning, received a quick reply followed by a phone call. We needed a quick fix for a hot water line leak under our slab in the kitchen area. I spoke with a master plumber who then promptly set me with an appointment on Tuesday morning! He was upfront with the cost and let me know the fine details before the crew arrived. Canon and Tyler were excellent! Canon answered all our questions with knowledge, wisdom and respect. He made what could have been a scary experience, one that was actually fun to watch unfold! They went the extra mile to make sure the work area stayed clean and dry. A friend came over and was surprised that for all the work going on, it was so calm and tidy! I will be calling them back for future plumbing work.

I used Legacy Plumbing a few weeks ago to fix my hot water upstairs and my master toilet downstairs. They were able to give me approximate quotes over the phone and showed up to their scheduled appointment on time. The plumbers gave me a clear explanation of what was happening with each system and resolved both issues quickly. Everything has held up and I couldn't be happier. Their pricing is fair, highly recommend.

Their web site was excellent since it provided sample quotes for work requests they receive. I completely understand that every job is different but as a consumer I want an idea what projects your company can handle and a range of what a project costs.
- Five stars for posting the information on their web site and for providing accurate cost estimates for similar work.

Next my experience with scheduling an appointment was five stars. I described my project to the receptionist/scheduler and she understood the project I was talking about (two other plumbers I spoke with from other companies didn't appear to understand my project and they were plumbers !). She gave me a price range for the project. The appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. The receptionist/scheduler seemed informed. -Five stars

The plumber, Kelly M, came out when scheduled (I received a call about 30 min out saying when they would be there). Plumber was cordial, experienced, and provided me guidance on what would be the best way to do my project. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of that really worked out well. He actually finished the project in about the time it took another company to provide me a quote (seriously I don't understand why it took two guys from another company almost 1.5 hours to provide a quote that was 2x what Legacy Plumbing took !) Kelly M, really seemed to care about my project. He gave me his card and told me to call him if I had questions afterward. - Five stars

Pricing - Legacy came in just a bit less than 2 other plumbing companies. A third company was actually 2x their price and wanted to come out twice to do the project in two steps. Legacy did it in one visit. - Five stars

I think it is important to put Legacy Plumbing in context with the 3 other plumbing companies I contacted first. I explained over the phone to the first plumbing company what I needed. They didn't sound like they understood what a shower panel was. They were scheduled to come out but never showed up, and never called. The second plumbing company sounded more knowledgeable, but took a week to provide me a quote,and another week to call me back after I said I wanted them to do the project. Contrast this with the scheduler from Legacy Plumbing who gave me an accurate quote over the phone ! The third plumbing company (from another 'project recommendation' company, was very professional and all, but provided me a quote that was 2x what Legacy charged.)

The need to replace water heaters is an expensive project, it is one that you don't want to wait until its too late and you are at the mercy of a plumbing company. As most consumers I did my homework and met with three contractors of course there were two that tried to up sell me and one in particular (the kite with key on it company) quoted a price that so above the others it may have required a second mtge (just kidding). I spoke with Legacy Plumbing on the phone to explain my needs, they quoted me a price and indicated that they did not need to come out to give me an estimate the replacement of water heaters is pretty standard.

Daniel and his team arrived promptly and reviewed the work to be done and confirmed the quote that was given over the phone, there were no additional charges or price gauging. The work that was done was exceptional. Daniel is clearly a professional that takes pride in his work. I am a happy customer and I will definitely use Legacy Plumbing again in the future.
