Le Handy’s work was very professional he has an excellent work quality. He was very punctual, Responsive and a perfectionist. So it was a job well done. I recommend him for all your electrical, and household handy work needs.

Le did a fantastic job wiring Ethernet throughout my house. There was one room in particular that was very difficult to get to, with fire-blocks and other obstacles in every wall. Where most electricians would simply give up, he worked on it for over an hour trying to find a way to make it work (and he did!), without charging me extra for the time we spend troubleshooting the problem. He even came back the next business day when something wasn’t working and didn’t charge me extra labor costs for it. Le was exceptionally professional and helpful. I would highly recommend him for any job.

David was great. He arrived when he said he was going to. He did the measurements then went to the store and got all the supplies. He worked straight through till the job was done. Would definitely recommend him!

Scope Of Work residential:
To install 3 Ports, 1 Ethernet on each port, CAT-6e materials.

CONS ON ANSWERING EMAIL:
After my residential house work completed, I fully realized he is a small business contractor. With big companies that I had worked with, they always have A.O - Administrative Officers, they have extra funding to answer emails and telephone calls. I am fine on his belated emails.

CONS ON PROPERTY DAMAGED INSURANCE:
I was nervous should I hire him or not to hire him?

Bear in mind, at my current job, I have to protect my employer property assets in case of contractors damaged. As I had stated I worked with general contractor daily. I processed contractor invoice + $1,000,000 per month including inspection.

I had called Mr. Le David up few times, he decided not to proceed with my S.O.W. He said he didn't feet comfortable. I had ended up delete my Property Damaged Insurance, then I took my chance on he, himself. Bear in mind, at his and my level, we both were High Risk and Low Trust to each other since we never worked together before. It was why I needed the Property Damaged Insurance.

CONS ON WARRANTY STATEMENT:
Mr. Le's invoice didn't have the warranty statement, instead it was a verbal, I didn't feel comfortable with that. Bear in mind, where I came from, I processed +$1,000,000 per month to general contractors, it is my job to protect my employer assets and warranty on all the work.

Mr. Le is by himself, a choice is to accept him or not to accept his administration paperwork by all reading viewers.

However, Mr. Le David provided me an verbal, he went through and tested all 3 Ports at my present. I am fine.


PROS ON PRESENTATION:
The first time when I had met Mr. Le, during the conversation, or viewers can consider as an interview for my S.O.W. I felt strongly about his presentation. It was then I (see above my statement) I took my chance on Mr. Le.

PROS ON ACROBAT:
Mr. Le had to climb up to the attic, when he informed me that he will do my job all by himself, I didn't believe it, YES he completed my job all by himself. Great man!

PROS ON HONESTY:
During the final inspection, my current job as a Project Manager, I also handle exit interview on my Final Inspection Checklist where I work. There was one step that I forgot to check, Mr. Le informed me of that step. It was a switching cable from 10 feet to 7 feet, I need to use 7 feet, when he swabbed it, he went back to all 3 Ports to test them again in front of me. I have a high respect on any contractor including Mr. Le David that not only goes into detail but also to show customers all the inspection steps.

I saluted Mr. Le David on his honest testing work.


PROS ON TECHNICAL SKILL:
Over my +30 years I had worked with many contractors as a Project Manager, Mr. Le's work is clean in both technical and clean up as well. Some contractors are just messy but provided quality work. Mr Le's performed well in both areas. I had noticed during his work and I volunteered to do all cleaning, I asked him just focus on the technical.

I have received an email from Thumstack, asking me to provide an write up on Mr Le performance. The above is my writing on Mr. Le David's work.

I am reflecting the truth experienced with Mr Le.

Bear in mind my name is on this writing. Where I work, every single of my report is taking seriously to my top management. I don't gain any benefit on this writing reflecting Mr. Le David's performance.

If reviewers are asking me, will I re-hired Mr. Le?

Answer: On May 23rd 2020, I have offered to Mr Le a second house with the same Scope Of Work: "To install 3-4 Ports with CAT-6e materials, each port shall have 1 Ethernet."

Answer:
1. Mr. Le David work is clean in technical and minimal debris with a good clean up. I love it. Simply before he came, the house was cleaned, when he left the house needs to go back how it was.

2. For my S.OW.:
"Mr. Le David, himself, self awareness is high, he cared on his customer request work, in this case is my I.T Hardwired at my residential."

Extra:
"Mr. Le David also recommended me to buy a Cisco Hub,
he provided me with two options $50 for 8 Ports and $150
for 10 Ports or slots. I had bought both due to a big delay from Amazon, but finally both materials arrived, I selected the $50 Cisco 8 Slots HUB."
