Scheduled an appointment, I waited for almost one hour and got a phone call to tell me they don’t work that way, and they don’t have to be onsite only need the floor plan. This could have been communicated when I reached out yesterday. I hope they understand other peoples time is also valuable as theirs.

Vando provided top notch service when he helped me with a wall mounted gas furnace. True to their name, these guys are STRAIGHT SHOOTERS.He patiently and kindly explained what was malfunctioning and how he would fix it. I'm very satisfied with their service and highly recommend this company.

Just had my condensation pump replaced. Friendly and fast service. Technician arrived on time, covered boots, and cleaned up work space. After replacing the pump, he even cleaned my washable filter for me as I didnt know there was one so it was pretty dusty. He checked other parts of the system as well. Replaced a clamp and let me know all the other parts were still in good working order. He came with all necessary tools and was in and out in about 30 mins.

Servando came quickly for a quote to replace the home furnace, explained all of the replacement options, and was flexible with scheduling the install date. His estimate was fair and the work was high quality work due to his experience. They laid down tarp and were very clean during the install. He's honest and cares about delivering excellent quality at fair prices - I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

Made Simple Heating and Air are true "Professionals", I had reached out to Servando to discuss our HVAC issues with our Coke Machine, not getting cold air. He was able to shift his schedules to come and assess the issues, identify the problem. Provided us a quote in a timely manner, and said that they will contact us once the replacement part arrives. On day of work, it was in/out within two hours and our coke machine was back in service. Great work!!!Highly recommend!Satisfied customer!!!

Im super happy with not just the work but just how helpful Servando and Made Simple has been throughout the whole process of their service. I really cant recommend them enough. Truly a 5 star experience. I was finicky and had special requests for Servando and he accommodated me with zero issues.For instance I run a jiujitsu school here in Fremont and our fans went out, meaning my heat was unavailable. We have adults and children that come to our school everyday and this being winter, I was definitely in a concerned mood. Plus I didnt really have any experience with finding help for HVAC in general. Yelp has this feature that connects you with various companies and Servandos message stood out because it was the most transparent on pricing.That got me in the door but what really sold me on going with Made Simple was the awesome communication with Servando. Were talking questions, requests, what-if scenarios, scheduling, working being done, updates, pictures of his vehicle and himself.Due to my schedule and urgent need I actually couldnt be there for his inspection but we were able to make it work, plus I cant have boots on majority of our floor due to the mats and he totally made it work.Biggest thing why I rate this company 5 stars because Servando felt like a very honest and caring person. Our issue at the unit was multi stage as one thing had to be repaired before we can uncover the underlying issue. But each step he walked me thru it, brainstormed options, and helped guide me. He didnt just go right into suggesting replacing the whole unit, no, he tested components and told me what I can get away with and advised me on various layers of repair. Given my budget, he helped me work thru it.BTW, my elderly neighbor in my plaza saw Servando and asked for help at his place and he did it. Thats a lot harder than it sounds because he had places to go and sticking in an impromptu inspection isnt easy. He also saw the issue wasnt major in his words and actually fixed it! Didnt charge him and helped him out. I had to share this as its super impressive.Again, just honest and caring. I had zero idea who to call on HVAC but I now have my go-to company in Servando and Made Simple. How often does some break unexpectedly and have to get it fixed and walk away happy?! Definitely would refer them in a heart beat. Check them out, you wont regret it.
