I’m super happy with not just the work but just how helpful Servando and Made Simple has been throughout the whole process of their service. I really can’t recommend them enough. Truly a 5 star experience. I was finicky and had special requests for Servando and he accommodated me with zero issues. For instance I run a jiujitsu school here in Fremont and our fans went out, meaning my heat was unavailable. We have adults and children that come to our school everyday and this being winter, I was definitely in a concerned mood. Plus I didn’t really have any experience with finding help for HVAC in general. Yelp has this feature that connects you with various companies and Servandos message stood out because it was the most transparent on pricing. That got me in the door but what really sold me on going with Made Simple was the awesome communication with Servando. We’re talking questions, requests, what-if scenarios, scheduling, working being done, updates, pictures of his vehicle and himself. Due to my schedule and urgent need I actually couldn’t be there for his inspection but we were able to make it work, plus I can’t have boots on majority of our floor due to the mats and he totally made it work. Biggest thing why I rate this company 5 stars because Servando felt like a very honest and caring person. Our issue at the unit was multi stage as one thing had to be repaired before we can uncover the underlying issue. But each step he walked me thru it, brainstormed options, and helped guide me. He didn’t just go right into suggesting replacing the whole unit, no, he tested components and told me what I can get away with and advised me on various layers of repair. Given my budget, he helped me work thru it. BTW, my elderly neighbor in my plaza saw Servando and asked for help at his place and he did it. That’s a lot harder than it sounds because he had places to go and sticking in an impromptu inspection isn’t easy. He also saw the issue “wasn’t major” in his words and actually fixed it! Didn’t charge him and helped him out. I had to share this as it’s super impressive. Again, just honest and caring. I had zero idea who to call on HVAC but I now have my go-to company in Servando and Made Simple. How often does some break unexpectedly and have to get it fixed and walk away happy?! Definitely would refer them in a heart beat. Check them out, you won’t regret it.

It's moments like this where I'm so happy that there's a thing called Yelp because I had one of the best interactions with Made Simple/Servando. I run a martial arts business, so lots of people come to my school to workout and learn I click g kids and adults. It's winter and when the fans stopped working, I immediately went searching for someone that can help. I didn't have a clue who to call and Yelp has that project feature where it connects you with a number of companies. The fielding process is a chore but Servando's message stood out by being upfront on pricing which was appreciated. We got on a call and I asked if he can come in and assess the issue without me being there. It's not the safest thing but with my schedule and didn't want the kids to have a stuffy or cold school to come to so it was a necessity. He was not only able to accommodate, he was awesome about sending me pictures. Not just of the work but his truck and himself. Thoughtful, accommodating, and honest. I felt good about it. Here's the part that I really appreciated. The problem was multi part. And obviously costs are a concern and he was 100% on board with me. We had a gameplan on what we can do and provided an explanation, answered all my questions, provided options, and then gave me updates along the way. I can't say enough about Servando. Really happy with him and that's saying a lot when you're spending money on a surprise issue and you're walking away happy hah. An additional side note is that my neighbor in the plaza saw Servando at my unit and asked for him to see his HVAC issue too and not only did he help him out, he actually got the issue fixed and just hooked him up. That's pretty dang cool. He said it was a simple fix and he was happy he could help out. He didn't have to do that and I wanted to share that story. Remember when I wrote that I had no idea who to call? Well I do now. Servando and Made Simple will be my go-to HVAC company and I recommend them without a doubt. Check them out!
