Servando helped install a Daikin mini split system for our house. He helped remove the old duct and furnace, added platform and light to the attic at no extra cost, and put in a Daikin mini split for 4 rooms with just 3 days. He was here throughout the estimate and the actual install, and you can see he cares a lot about his business. We have actually gotten quotes from many companies and understand mini split was not going to be cheap. We almost wanted to go with a cheaper company who would subcontract to someone whom we did not know, or another person who could do it but did not want to help us get permit. Last minute we came across Servando through Yelp. He was honest, on time, very responsive, and only did the necessary work. The Daikin mini split is energy efficient and also very quiet. They look pretty on the ceiling too. I want to thank Servando and his team for their hard work and support his small business. Will recommend to friends!

My experience with Made Simple was amazing. Servando and his crew came to my home the following day of my call request. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable about my 30 year old system. His recommendation was spot on at probably the lowest cost, which demonstrated that he really cares about the customer and their costs. He assessed the problem quickly, made his recommendations and we were operational the same day. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend Made Simple and I will use them to replace my system with a much more energy efficient unit.

Great service and great price = excellent value. I had a old furnace without an AC so have been searching for new HVAC and ended up talking to 10 companies because each one has its own recommendation. I ended up wanting to do a mini split because of its energy efficiency and ability to control each room individually. I narrowed down to Daikin, Mitsubishi, and gree. Some companies asked for astronomical prices and wanted me to redo ducts even tho I don't need ducts anymore. Some I noticed subcontracted to other workers who were not here for the quote and may not know exactly what I want. Some gave good prices but reluctant to do with permits. I finally found Made Simple! Servando has been very informative from the estimate and recommended doing only the essential tasks. His price is also the best and is willing to do the permit. He and his team showed up on time everyday, protected the floor and furniture, cleaned up after each day, and got the job done within 3 days. I am so happy with the new daikin ceiling mini split. It's so quiet and works great. I want to write this review to support servando and his small business. He and his team are very experienced, good work ethics and teamwork, and most importantly Servando was here the whole time throughout and super easy to communicate with. Great job Made Simple.
