Effortless Water Heater Replacement
Effortless Water Heater Replacement
At Make It Drain, we take pride in transforming our clients' urgent plumbing needs into seamless experiences. Recently, we received a call from Theresa Coogan, who was experiencing issues with her 20-year-old water heater. As a resident of the Raleigh area, Theresa needed a reliable plumbing service that could respond quickly to her unexpected situation.
The Before
Theresa’s water heater began to give her trouble on a Sunday, which is never a good time to face such a dilemma. With the fear of inconsistent hot water and possible disasters ahead, she reached out to our team. Understandably, she felt stressed and overwhelmed by the situation, particularly because it caught her off guard. She needed guidance to navigate the decision of replacing her unit.
The Transformation Process
From the moment Theresa contacted us, our team—comprised of Gina and Patrick—set to work. We prioritized her need for swift communication and assured her that we would keep her informed throughout the entire process. Over the next week, we engaged in multiple conversations with her, ensuring all her questions were addressed thoroughly.
Our focus was on transparency and providing the information needed for Theresa to feel confident in her decision to replace her water heater. After establishing a timeline, we scheduled the replacement day to fit her availability, understanding she would be working from home.
On the day of the installation, our crew arrived punctually and was dedicated to maintaining respect for her home environment. We handled the entire operation efficiently, ensuring that when we left, her space was as clean as we found it, even hauling away the old unit.
We guided Theresa through her new water heater, ensuring she understood its features and how to operate it effectively. Importantly, we took the extra step of clearing out rusty water from her sinks and tubs, something she deeply appreciated.
The After
The result? A brand new water heater that not only met Theresa’s immediate needs but exceeded her expectations in service excellence. We transformed a potentially chaotic experience into a smooth and well-managed process.
Theresa later shared her thoughts about working with us:
> “If you need a plumber in the general Raleigh area, you need to call Gina and Patrick at Make It Drain! They were incredibly responsive and professional. Working with Make It Drain made an unexpected and somewhat stressful issue be resolved with efficient ease.”
