I couldn’t be more impressed with Jonah’s work. He recently came out to replace my water heater and also fixed a tub cartridge that had been giving me trouble. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Jonah explained what needed to be done in clear terms and made sure I understood my options before starting. The water heater replacement was done efficiently and neatly—he treated my home with respect and left the area cleaner than when he started. On top of that, he diagnosed and repaired the tub cartridge issue quickly, saving me from what could have become a much bigger headache. What really stood out was his attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time. He didn’t rush, but he worked efficiently, and I felt confident in his expertise every step of the way. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber who knows his craft and takes customer service seriously, I highly recommend Jonah. Thank you to Jonah and Mango Plumbing. Why? Let"s begin. Prompt. They were on job less than a day after contacting them. Communicative. Easy going. Fantastic pricing. Informative as to priorities of repairs. Fast. Professional. Respectful of property. Most of all, Jonah observed a critical and potentially life threatening issue regarding the venting of my water heater--though that was not the purpose of my visit. Lastly, my dog approved.

Jonah replied to our service request immediately and was at our house the next morning. We had a pipe that had been repaired by another company and was hanging too low to repair the ceiling. Jonah had it fixed in less than 30 minutes and charged a very reasonable price. He was very courteous and was in and out quickly.
