My gas water heater gave out unexpectedly. Turned the pilot light back on and overnight it went out again. No hot water. Got on my trusty Thumbtack app and put in a description of my issue and waited. Mango Plumbing was the third to respond but they offered the best pricing and they had no service call fee. They were a little late in arriving due to unforeseen circumstances at the job they had before me. However, once Jonah and Eli arrived, the diagnosis was in and in just a short 10 min span, I was provided with a couple of quotes to choose from. I opted to buy the supplies myself (at my local hardware store) and Jonah and Eli installed the water heater, the missing ceiling, the reservoir (which was not on the old tank and brought me up to current code), new piping (whoever installed the previous water heater, bent the pipe which caused leakage over the last 12 years. That made the top of the heater rust over.), the drip pan underneath the tank, tested the connections, the ventilation atop the heater to ensure it was doing its job, and showed me how to operate the new system. Mango Plumbing is a new company with only 5 months of operations behind it, however the positive energy, friendly attitude, friendly banter, expertise and know how are well above what you would expect from a company so new. They arrived shortly after 4pm and did not leave until almost 9pm ensuring that the old unit was picked up, area was policed for loose parts and pieces and cleaned up and left how it was found. Expertise. Proficient. Professional. That pretty much sums up Mango Plumbing and more specifically the work that Jonah and Eli provided. They have my business from now on.
