As we interviewed various companies to take on our kitchen, flooring, and basement bathroom renovation project, we were immediately drawn to masterful construction. From the very first meeting with Yuvi, we felt at ease and knew that we would be in very good hands. We had the pleasure of meeting Dan from Masterful Construction, who provided us with a general outline of the work and design that we truly appreciated. Within a day, he sent us an estimate, which included optional structural work, and to our delight, it fit within our budget, allowing us to proceed with the project. Dan assured us that the job would be completed within six weeks, and he delivered on his promise! Our kitchen now looks stunning and functional, serving as the centerpiece of our home. We would like to extend our gratitude to Dan and the exceptional crew at Masterful Construction for making the entire process smooth, swift, and efficient.

My partner and I recently acquired a property in San Mateo and had been in discussions with multiple builders. We believed we had discovered the ideal one; however, they withdrew after realizing we had sought advice from other builders regarding specific features, such as lanai doors. It appeared that they were simply overwhelmed by their competitors.

Following a recommendation from our friend John, my wife had an enjoyable conversation with Yuvi, the project manager at Masterful Construction. S

We presented our floor plan concepts to Yuvi and identified a plan on their website that we could adapt to fit our requirements. Yuvi skillfully guided us through a variety of features and alterations, assisting us in making cost-effective choices while adhering to our budget.

During the contracting and building phases, Yuvi consistently kept us well-informed and sought our opinions when necessary. He went the extra mile to accommodate eleventh-hour adjustments, such as a full-length concrete driveway (originally intended to be gravel) and an 800-square-foot patio. His exceptional communication ensured that these changes did not result in any significant surprises.

Yuvi was always accessible for discussions, even late at night or on weekends. He consistently responded to our calls or returned them promptly.

After settling into our new home and hosting a delightful housewarming celebration, our guests couldn't stop praising our beautiful residence. We wholeheartedly endorse Yuvi and Masterful Construction for you home renovation.
