This guy is a crook. Beware. Someone called Mario or Dave (the name Mario was on his shirt, but he said Dave on the phone) came to our house to look at our AC that was not working and said it could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. We had told him in advance that this is old unit with the old R22 refrigerant and it is probably low on freon. He said he can recharge the freon if needed and he has freon with him. He came and told us that it is an old unit and we should replace it. I already know it is an old unit and don't need to call someone to tell me that. He asked for the $95 call fee for less than 5 minutes of looking at the unit. We then asked him for an invoice and I would pay by check. He refused to provide an invoice and refused check payment saying he wanted immediate cash payment, then threatening us with calling the police and taking us to court and putting liens on the house. He took a video of us inside our house without our consent even after we asked him not to. We repeatedly asked for an invoice first and he kept threatening us with police, court and liens for the $95. There is no physical address listed on their yelp profile or website which should have been a red flag. I also noticed when he was leaving that his work truck did not have any company logo and had out of state license plates. I don't know where all the other 5 star reviews came from.

Mario (technician) goes above and beyond for his customers. I have a house that I'm renting out and it just happened that the thermostat breaks on me during a walk thru with the new tenant. I immediately hit up Mario regarding my issue and he fit me in his schedule the next day. Mario was professional, asked me exactly what happened and found the cheapest and most effective solution. He hooked up a new thermostat and recharged the AC unit with a few pounds of refrigerant and BAM! ICE COLD! Thank you again Mario for going above and beyond especially with all of this crazy hot heat. Now the new tenants get to enjoy a welcoming, cool new home.

I had this company come out and do a service on my girlfriends air-conditioning system. I myself have been doing home inspections for 16 years and know a little bit about air conditioners since that's what I inspect on every single house I do. I did my own inspection on the system prior to him coming out. My inspections is visual Only and I do not have gauges that hook up and check Freon levels. That being said. The blower fan on top of the compressor on the exterior unit is supposed to suck air from the sides of the unit with through the cooling fins and blow the air out of the top of the unit. In this case it was blowing reverse sucking the air from the top and out of the sides, this reduces the efficiency of the unit. The unit was older and the typical issue with that is the Capacitor needs to be replaced. After he did the service he never mentioned that issue so I brought it up to him he said that the unit is blowing the air out of the top and sucking in from the sides as normal operation. Any Person without ac knowledge can check this and see it was not correct. So I had my girlfriend go check it and it was still blowing in reverse. On top of that he said the Freon was 3 pounds low and then he wanted to charge me $120 per pound this seems to be a little inflated to me so I didn't have him charge the unit. I wouldn't use this company again as it seems he pretty much inspected the unit cleaned it and checked for Freon levels for all of $120 he did not even check the interior unit which is the evaporative coil he said that would be additional and that it had to be pulled apart.. Most AC guys are on the take and this is one of those guys watch out. The reason why I didn't give them one star and I gave them two is that he came out the next day and he did respond promptly to my request.

Welp..sadly our leak was beyond repair and after just a day or two we were in the same boat of a problem with no AC and we made the decision to go ahead and take the plunge into a new system.

Mario was once again right on top of it, replying within minutes to let us know how sorry it was that the smaller investment wasn't the answer, and even kind enough to knock the entire cost of the previous work off of the new job since it was too far gone to hold a fix. That spoke volumes to me on his compassion for others. I appreciated it very much.

As for the new unit and that job, the reason for a 2nd review, here we go!

Mario and his co-workers were here on time, worked efficiently, organized, and had great respect for our home and property. You wouldn't even know he had been here working afterward as it looked exactly as it did when he arrived, just with a beautiful new system :D

Cleaning up after one's self is another big plus for me, because it's not an area I've been lucky in with other companies over the years lol, so I appreciated that they took the time to really do a detailed job of it.

Mario truly cares for his clients and loves what he does. He even went as far as to come back to my home when I thought something wasn't working correctly and I couldn't find my husbands tools to check the two things myself re: the AC, on a Saturday evening, having to leave his family to come to ensure that it wasn't something with the new unit. It wasn't, it was our thermostat, and I felt so bad that I had him come out, but he was beyond kind about it and made me feel much better about my mistake.

All in all just a great guy, great team, and great job.

My system was down a week waiting on home warranty repair and got tired of the red tape waiting game. Called MDB this morning sole with Mario , a friendly person on the phone we discussed the issue and he scheduled me a couple hours later.
After arriving I was sure I picked the right company friendly prompt , professional and understanding of my situation.
Mario did trouble shooting found the problem and had parts on the truck for the repair..

I had to call MDB because my AC was not working and in this heat lately I need it to work as soon as possible. Mario was really helpful over the phone and came in the next day to fix my AC. He was so professional and he didn't take too long to fix it and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
