Cole from MillionAire Heating, Air and Plumbing provided outstanding service. He communicated throughout the process, arriving on time and providing prompt service. The charge for the service completed was surprising; we thought that it would cost double what we paid. I cannot recommend MillionAire and Cole enough for your plumbing needs.

Daniel, Brandon, Arturo, Myra, and Holly are all rockstars. Daniel came out and quickly diagnosed a leak in our AC coil spilling refrigerant, explained why the AC wasnāt working, and what several reasonable solutions were to fix it. No upsell or sales-pitch. I agreed the coil needed to be replaced, but this would have to be ordered from the manufacturer. Brandon helped with a solution to refill the refrigerant until the new coil arrived. The new refrigerant lasted 2 days until it leaked out of the faulty coil again. We had scheduled the coil replacement for 6 days from Danielās diagnosis, but I called and left a voicemail that the AC was again not working and asked if this could be moved up. Myra and Holly got us set with an appointment that day and Arturo replaced the coil quickly. They all took great care of my family and everyone was friendly and so easy to work with. Iām so appreciative to MillionAire and theyāve earned a customer. Sincerely, thank you all for showing love and caring for people well.

MillionAire has been out to fix my AC twice now (two different issues) and I'm very happy with the service. The techs know what they are doing and are courteous and on time. The price was also pretty fair. I previously used a different HVAC company (the one that says they are #1) but I was unhappy with that other company due to overcharging and upselling pressure. I'm really glad I switched to MillionAire.

Overpriced, Evasive, and Dismissive!
TL/DR: I called Millionaire to get opinions and reasonable repair quotes for 3 plumbing issues. It took me several phone calls and emails to actually get the quotes that Cole promised me -- that was frustrating enough! But what I got in the end was grossly-overpriced quotes for over $7,000 worth of work, MOST of which was not necessary or even recommended by other plumbers, and no detail to justify the pricing-- just evasive ānon-answersā when I asked questions. And in the end, Cole told me that āpricing at Millionaire is fair and competitive within our market and against our competitorsā, and recommended I go find another plumber! So, of course, I did that-- found Baker Brothers, a plumber that's been in the Dallas market for 50+ years and has a solid reputation. Their technician fixed a few of the problems on site with no charge! And for the remaining work that was actually needed or recommended (only two items!), Baker Bros. quote was less than $1500, where Millionaire's quotes for the same two items ran over $3000. Draw your own conclusions, but for me, this raised a lot of questions about Millionaireās fairness and transparency, and quite frankly, I even questions about their integrity as well.

And in the end, Cole told me that "pricing at Millionaire is fair and competitive within our market and against our competitors", and recommended I go find another plumber! So, of course, I did that-- found Baker Brothers, a plumber that's been in the Dallas market for 50+ years and has a solid reputation. Details:
I have a Millionaire "membership" that includes some regular maintenance services, a yearly "VIP" inspection, and discounted labor for any other work. I called to ask for estimates on several plumbing issues: (A) two outdoor hose bibs that might need repair; (B) a ~10-foot gas line with quick connect for gas grill; and (C) tub faucet that gives rusty/brown water when first turned on. When I called, Millionaire reminded me that I was owed a VIP inspection anyway, so they'd send the plumber out to do all of that with no trip charge. What I expected was professional opinions about what repairs were actually needed, and reasonable quotes for the work. What I got was delays, incomplete quotes, incomprehensibly high pricing, and evasion.
Cole did the VIP inspection, and flushed my water heater (svc included in my membership). He found two "issues" I didn't know about. (D) a small leak in a bathroom sink drain, and (E) un-insulated water lines in my attic. It took several phone calls and emails from me to get Cole to provide *all* of the quotes for the items I called about plus the two he found. Not once (despite repeated requests) did he offer advice about what "repairs" were actually needed, or what other options I might have -- he seemed to expect me to blithely sign off on all the quotes he provided and schedule the work.
Cole's quotes (including the 15% membership discount):
(A), the hose bibs: $720;
(B), the gas grill stub: $2200;
(C), the rusty tub faucet: $1400 (not including sheetrock or tile repair!);
(D), the bathroom sink drain leak: $277; and
(E), insulating the water lines in the attic: $2800.
Based on my research on average pricing in this market, I expected substantially lower prices across the board. E.g., the gas grill stub should have been closer to $1K. And try as I did, I could not understand or justify the $2800 quote to insulate PEX lines in a 3400 sqft 2.5 bath home. So I asked Cole for details -- what materials was he proposing? How many person-hours of labor? What warranties was he providing? After three rounds of emails without any clear answers, Cole told me "pricing at Millionaire is fair and competitive within our market and against our competitors", and recommended I go find another plumber! So I found Baker Bros. Here are their quotes (these prices also include a 15% membership discount):
(A), NO REPAIRS NEEDED (One hose bib was fine, and the other just needed a new screw to get the handle back on, which he just did, at no charge.);
(B), the gas grill stub: $1300;
(C), the rusty faucet: NO BID (said most likely a galvanized pipe was used, and recommended just ignoring it because it meets code, and it's just an annoyance.);
(D), the bathroom sink drain: $141; and
(E), the water lines: NO BID (recommended AGAINST doing any insulation. PEX is designed to handle temperatures--even freezing--with little chance of bursting. Also, pipes had been in attic for at least 10 years-- through several extreme freezes-- without failure. So, nothing urgent was needed. Better way to spend money would be to add insulation to the entire attic!
Baker Bros. also recommended AGAINST flushing water heater due to its age-- flushing was more likely to cause problems than to prevent them.
All told, Millionaire did some work that was probably better left NOT done, and tried to push me to accept $7K of work, most of which was not needed! Not "fair or competitive" at all, IMHO. I won't be back.
