From start to finish, just a great experience. Brett was amazing at laying out all the options an numbers for me. The crews that installed my rooging and gutters were careful of my property, knowing I have a dog. All around, a great company to work with.

The guys who came to do my roof were polite and respectful, service was fast. They were in a huge hurry to leave and get me to sign off, which was fine I’m sure they had another job to get to. Noticed after they left that they broke my bird feeder in the front yard (only noticed that because not only was it broken, but they threw away the pieces so I can’t even fix it). Would have gotten 5 stars if they hadn’t done that.

Michael and the Mr. Gutter team has been an invaluable help on our many outdoor home repairs and challenges. Interestingly, almost all of the repairs we asked them to do were related to wildlife creatures trying to destroy our home! First, back in 2022, we had squirrels building nests in our gutters, and literally trying to burrow their way into our home. Michael came, and in a matter of days fixed the problem. Him and his team installed gutter leaf guards on all of our gutters, and put gutter end caps so creatures were incapable of crawling into the gutters by any means. Eventually, the squirrels lost interest, and years later, my home is squirrel free, and has a fantastic easy maintenance gutter leaf guard system in place!

Then, in 2023, we had a new squirrel problem. We had an air pipe for our AC unit that would go to our bedroom. The top of the pipe was not sealed well, and squirrels were getting through there, and scratching in the walls at night. This was a terrifying sound, and kept us up all night. Of course, you could not tell the seal was bad because it was covered by a “false” white gutter covering the pipe, which had a hole at the top. Michael climbed several stories up the side of our house, and put an end cap at the top of the false gutter. Since then, we have not heard a peep!

Most recently, in 2024, we had a loose window shutter on our second floor outside our window. Well, birds were coming and building a nest in there, which looked ugly and was causing damage to our house. Michael and his team came the very next day, climbed all the way up, put in all new bolts and sealed it tight. This spring, we have had no birds, and no nests around our house.

I hope to have no more problems around my house, but I know if we do, where we'll be going for help. Thanks Michael!

-Gabe & Katelyn Wilson

Your guys did great. I was impressed by the structure in which each person knew what to do and do it right. The clean-up was awesome and the roof was finished in a timely manner. Thank you for offering veterans a rebate through your roofing company. Would definitely recommend MR roofing for your roofing needs.
Steve George

Five stars, easily. From start to finish, Master Roofers did an awesome job. Like most roofs, it was there when I bought my house. I had no particular idea how old it was, other than it wasn’t really new. By ten years later, my roof was a decade even older than it was than when I bought it. Master Roofers’ John came out to give me an honest opinion about what, if anything, my roof needed. His view was that my roof was about 25 years old, but still in pretty good condition for its age. I decided that since I was going to live here, probably for the rest of my life, a new roof was in order and I didn’t need to wait for this one to spring (another) leak. John fully explained the range of products available, and how pricing and payment works. Stephanie and Nick in the home office did a great job finishing out the contract and coordination details. AND THEN WHOLLY MOLY. Chris, Luis and their team of roofers were ridiculously awesome, professional, efficient, friendly and all of the other things you’d want in order to feel great about your investment. Here is a picture of the finished product…sure it’s just a roof, but it’s an awesome roof that was really well done by a great New Hampshire company.
