Ariel and NC Roofing were absolutely incredible to work with. Ariel is honest, communicative, thorough, caring, and a genuinely kind person. He also has very competitive pricing, and did extremely high quality work.

More info: We needed a new roof, new attic insulation, and gutters, so I met with 6 different roofing companies around the bay area, all highly reviewed, with dozens of five star reviews. I spent several days meeting with all six companies and learning all about the roofing process, materials, etc. Ariel was by far my favorite person. Other companies gave me a very slick salesman vibe, but Ariel came across as a genuine person who operated with integrity.

I received 6 roof quotes, ranging from ~$23k to ~$38k, and NC Roofing Inc's quote was the second lowest. (the lowest quote was only a few hundred dollars lower, and they only dropped their price after I told them the quote I got from NC Roofing...).

After we signed the contract, Ariel and NC Roofing team had the roof fully installed, new insulation put in, and all new gutters installed in less than two weeks. Incredible! The cleanup was also fantastic, there was zero debris left in the whole yard. We were able to choose from multiple different shingle manufacturers, so weren't limited to one, (unlike other companies I spoke with). The process was easy and straightfoward, Ariel went through the pros and cons of various shingle companies and materials, and helped make the whole process simple to understand.

As evidence of the character of Ariel and his team: Ariel even offered to take our dog out to use the restroom while my wife and I were both at work and NC was doing the roof install. A truly caring person.

I cannot recommend NC Roofing and Ariel enough. They are genuine people, have great pricing, use the highest quality materials (thick underlayment, high quality shingles with great warranties etc), work quickly, and are extremely communicative, sending pictures and updates through the whole process. Ariel even connected me with a reputable solar company in the area, as we mentioned we were re-roofing to prep for solar.

We needed to replace a 30 year old roof on the house we just purchased as soon as possible. We worked with Niv to get a quote for a full roof replacement and metal roof -- he was very friendly and professional, and we went with NC due to this and good reviews, plus the quote was better than the other one we got. Pablo was our project manager once we got started, and again was friendly, professional, and was awesome about communication and keeping us updated. We ended up getting an insurance cancellation notice after already committing to getting the roof, but were worried that the roof might not be done in time. Pablo was really great about staying in contact with me regularly for timeline updates and helping to push up the schedule for us -- and still made sure we got the custom blue color that we really wanted. The metal roofing team led by Ivan was also excellent and I can't imagine a better roofing team to work with. Everyone was professional, friendly, did great work, communicated well, and again the total cost was less than another company we looked at. They also cleaned up really well after the roof tear off, and every day on the job site (I've seen this not happen with other roofers in the community). Highly recommend NC Roofing to anyone, and especially for metal roofs.

Ido took care of me, I saw their advertising for Roof Max on TV and thought I check them out I was able to get a good price to treat my roof so I don't have to replace for awhile. If you want to save money rather then spending on a roof job I would call these guys to treat your roofing and rejuvenate your roof shingles down the road.Sorry I was shown some photos of the job but wasn't given any to save for myself.
