My husband and I were looking for someone to do some work for us. Being new to AZ we turned to Google. Found Jose on here with good reviews so we called. The gentleman that came to our home was friendly, courteous, upfront about costs and possible issues. But was right there to let us know he would help us out.
He started work in our garage and no sooner did he get the holes cut for the outlets and lights, and half the ceiling in the garage fell! The drywall that was there gave way and fell. Jose called upon my husband and in turn I was called home. Once arriving home I find Jose in the garage cleaning up the drywall and all the insulation that had rained down. I was floored that my electrician had stayed to help clean up the mess that was not his fault. But he also stay and finished the job that same day!
This is truly an amazing person to have met and now I hope all of you get to know Jose also. His work is excellent, his ethnic is unbelievable to customer service, and a true stand up guy!
Thank you Jose for making a majot problem easier to deal with at the time. You know if we ever need anything you will be the only person we will call.

I own a shade company that specializes in roll shades. That being said I used the same electrician for years. Well long story short he moved. I met Jose and upon meeting him and getting to know a little about him I decided to trust him with one of my best and favorite customers. Not only did he take great care of them, but he followed up with me to tell me what he did, and that he hoped I would use his services again. Answer YES. I will use Jose whenever the need arises. He was genuinely concerned about my issue. He made contact with my customer before I had a chance to tell them he was calling. They were amazed at how fast his response time was. He was in and out and my customer called me raving about him. NES is the BEST. Thank you Jose for making me looki GREAT.
