Terrible experience. I contacted this company for a minor roof repair and was immediately hit with aggressive upselling. From the first call, they pushed a full roof replacement based solely on the age of my home (28 years)—not the actual issue.

The salesperson, clearly sizing me up, used high-pressure tactics to get me to sign a contract the same day. I was told my $8,000 repair wouldn’t be warrantied unless I upgraded to a full replacement—an ultimatum that felt manipulative and alarmist. Feeling trapped, I agreed just to stop the pressure.

The work itself was worse than the sales tactics. The crew reused old tiles, used the wrong nails (which now stick through my decking), and clearly lacked basic carpentry skills. The job dragged on for days with long breaks, poor communication, and zero accountability. What should’ve been a simple repair turned into a mess.

When I raised concerns, I was met with dismissive, dishonest responses. As a senior, I feel completely taken advantage of. I’m now paying another contractor to fix the fascia and rafter tails—issues this company was supposed to address in the first place.

Avoid this company at all costs. I was misled, overcharged, and left with substandard work. Maybe they treat wealthy Bay Area clients better—but if you’re not one, expect pressure, poor quality, and no integrity.

The work itself was subpar, done by clearly unskilled labor. This is not a reputable company, and I would strongly advise others to stay away.
