Rick never skips the details, was a general contractor for over 20 years. Whatever you want done will be on time, on budget and you will be informed all along the project. I am trained in electrical, plumbing, mounting, framing, drywall, tile or anything else you want. I have designed and built landscaping, ponds and waterfalls. I work as a licensed home inspector and offer home maintenance programs. I can look at roofs, furnaces, water heaters and insulation. I can help with making sure you are getting a construction job done right and catch mistakes along the way.

Couldn’t be happier with Nick. He was the best priced handyman for the job in the Roseville area. He did a great job and left the space cleaner than when he started. He was very easy to work with and responded quickly to messages in the days leading up to the job.

Txt messenging is the best way to communicate with Nik. He installed a new sink for me. Quick response time and showed up next day. Quality of work was good. He had to cut through granite and had the right tools for the job.

Enjoyer 1.
I asked for a quote to install 3 floating shelves on my wall. He asked the size & I told him they were 16" each. He told me he was booked for a month & had $150 minimum. I think his advert "no job too small" should add "for $150 minimum".

Was communicative. Needed little to no direction, got right to work and did an excellent job. Would hire him again.

The job was to trim two slab hollow core doors to fit, hinges, and lockset and hang. I had purchased the doors as requested by Nick as he said his car wouldn't work for this purpose. I have no idea if there are better HC doors from lowes but without any guidance, I purchased from Home Depot.
I didn't know that english is his second language and communication was an issue. I had told him that the first door had been trimmed an extra inch up due to pet pee and he would need to correct it back down to the original length. When I walked out he was setting up to cut the door exactly like to the old one and exactly wrong.
Then he needed to trim the door's width. That is when his saw failed to cut cleanly and tore up the doors edge and face. I asked what he planned to do about it and eventually said he could fill it but didn't have the material to do it and would have to go get it. He did fill the edge but didn't sand it.
He did get the one door hung properly.
This took two hours, the minimum charge ($75/hr, 2hr min) . I declined to start in on the second door. Then he tried to charge extra for the fill work. I did pay him the $150. Then he left the work area (my garage) dirty. Overall, not what I would have expected from a professional.
That said, I was tied up on phone calls most of the time Nick was here but, as professional, he should be able to handle his work without my inexpereince getting in his way. I'm sure most professionals would prefer this situation. This might have been one poor experieince but I can not recommend.
