They did a fantastic job installing a mini-split in my garage to keep it cool. They're very honest and straightforward people who take ownership of delivering a fantastic result and make things right if anything doesn't work right.

They estimated the size of unit I needed from the area, but it wasn't keeping the garage cool enough after installation. After sending some extra help to investigate, they ended up replacing the unit with a larger one in addition to some work to better insulate the garage by filling in some gaps between the garage door and garage framing that were letting the cool air out. I agreed to pay increased material costs (I'd previously paid for the original mini split price exactly), but they ended up redoing a bunch of the labor without charge.

Obviously it would have been better to understand it wasn't going to work right from the beginning and know the full cost of it working out, but I ended up paying about 10% more on materials while they are the labor difference and everything worked to keep the garage cool as originally planned when we ran into a special. I'll definitely be using them again!

I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible work done by NUHorizon Remodeling on our Main and guest bathrooms. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
