I really wanted to like this company and based on the location and the reviews I was excited to get a quote for an estimate on my bathroom wall remodel. I reached out to the company and even took photographs of the project I was interested in. I usually start new companies with smaller jobs first (to see how they do, my overall satisfaction with the project, and how good the contractors get along with the family etc.).
Apparently, my job was probably not what ODM deemed as profitable enough and/or "worth their time"--because after I volunteered to send pics of the bathroom I didn't even get a phone call. All I received was a TEXT message from Humberto saying "We are no longer available for this project and sorry." SORRY NOT SORRY. How unprofessional!
What they don't realize, is we are days away from closing escrow on a much bigger house and my husband and I have been scouting various contractor/construction companies for multiple prospective remodel jobs----
Too bad. ODM should highly rethink the employees they have representing their business or retrain on basic customer service. What a shame!
