True professionals in our remodeling project--which included gutting our old kitchen and restructuring it, changing the location of the laundry room to the tandem section of our garage, and building a new fireplace with built-ins. They had all of the right qualities: professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, attentiveness, consideration, honesty, timeliness, quality and attention to detail. They were easy and enjoyable to work with. If something wasn't done right or to your liking, there was no question of whether or not it would be corrected and redone exactly how you wanted. Communication was also excellent throughout the whole project. Humberto was always so calm and cool about everything and didn't let anything ruffle his feathers, making it that much easier to get through the process! We would highly recommend him and his company to anyone considering a remodeling project!

Humberto and his crew are simply the best. I'm so glad that we found them. We interviewed several local contractors and Humberto. It was very clear after the first round of discussions that Humberto was our best choice. I read Clarisa review; I concur with every word regarding the difficulty of choosing a contractor.

Humberto worked closely and cooperatively with our architect and designer. I never felt I was "causing trouble" by focusing on detail and quality. Humberto always made sure we were happy and got what we wanted from the design. The teamwork was excellent and this project couldn't have happened without a contractor who would listen and communicate with others on the team.

They were also patient as we went through the estimating and budgeting process. Honest, easy to deal with, professional and made the whole project a joy. Worth every penny.

ODM Construction remodeled my kitchen. I just purchased the home and the current style was not my taste. I found them on Yelp and from our first encounter knew this was the company for me. I had no contacts in Los Angeles, having just moved from New York and searched the net as well as Houzz for builders and interior designers and then chose ODM Construction based on their portfolio, our meeting and ultimately, I couldn't be happier. Everything was done in a professional and expeditious manner and within my budget. I LOVE my kitchen and look forward to our next project together!

ODM and Sr. Contractor Humberto spearheaded a complete regut/remodel bathroom for us. The bathroom finish is astonishing as we had the vision and ODM had the passion. Humberto had no problem with our collaboration on the design and the extra finsishes we added to it. He even added a wall of tile for us complimentary due to a hiccup that occurred. I highly stand behind their detailed work! Thank you ODM for the awesome job!!

We got 5 estimates for a 2 bathroom remodel at our home. Humberto came out right in the middle, but we liked Humberto a lot more since he took his time and explained everything what needed to be done and they had a number of good reviews so we gave them a shot. 

They just finished the job, slightly ahead of schedule.  

We give them an enthusiastic recommendation. We've used a number of different contractors and handymen over the years and here is where we think they excel. 

1. Communication: This is where many contractors break down. They leave you hanging, don't give you notice for changes in schedule, and don't give you heads up for when they need specific materials to stay on schedule. Humberto and his crew let us know almost every day what was coming and what was done. That is really important to us and they did a great job of it. They also gave us some tips on where we might save some money on materials without sacrificing quality. Always a nice thing. 

2. Quality of work: everything they did looks great. From the tile work to the seams in the drywall to the painting. They took the room down to the studs, re-piped, ran new electrical and rebuilt. Very high quality work.

3. The crew: They were about as clean as you can be in a construction zone, all of them were friendly, respectful of privacy and showed up when they said they would every day. On the one or two days when they were going to be late, they called to let us know what was going on. 

I would use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

I just had 2 full bathrooms remodeled by ODM Construction.

Prior to the remodel, I had 5 different contractors quote me on this project: Three contractors that only took measurements and left within 10 minutes; one contractor, more like a salesman, that barely looked at the bathrooms and was just trying to make sale (came with an ipad with a long presentation and pushed that they would give me a discount if I signed with them the same day, a lower discount, if signed within a week, and so on); and Umberto from ODM Construction.

Umberto was the only contractor that actually took the time to check both bathrooms in detail (almost an hour). Not only did he take measurements, but he checked: the type of dry wall used, the ceiling, the paint, the moulding, the type of tub, the tiles, the water valves, the lighting, the fan, etc. He then provided me a detailed assessment of his observations and then discussed what kind of remodeling I was looking for. It was a no-brainer that Umberto was the guy to manage this project.

Umberto and his crew are very knowledgeable, hard-working, detail oriented, honest, and most importantly, always on time. The project did not miss a beat throughout the whole remodeling process even though this was during the holidays. The 2 bathrooms were completed prior to the deadline and they look great! He even followed up a week after the project's completion to make sure everything was good. ODM Construction was by far the best experience I have ever had with any contractor and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Great Job!
