We got 5 estimates for a 2 bathroom remodel at our home. Humberto came out right in the middle, but we liked Humberto a lot more since he took his time and explained everything what needed to be done and they had a number of good reviews so we gave them a shot.

They just finished the job, slightly ahead of schedule.

We give them an enthusiastic recommendation. We've used a number of different contractors and handymen over the years and here is where we think they excel.

1. Communication: This is where many contractors break down. They leave you hanging, don't give you notice for changes in schedule, and don't give you heads up for when they need specific materials to stay on schedule. Humberto and his crew let us know almost every day what was coming and what was done. That is really important to us and they did a great job of it. They also gave us some tips on where we might save some money on materials without sacrificing quality. Always a nice thing.

2. Quality of work: everything they did looks great. From the tile work to the seams in the drywall to the painting. They took the room down to the studs, re-piped, ran new electrical and rebuilt. Very high quality work.

3. The crew: They were about as clean as you can be in a construction zone, all of them were friendly, respectful of privacy and showed up when they said they would every day. On the one or two days when they were going to be late, they called to let us know what was going on.

I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

My husband & I are extremely pleased with ODM Construction and their quality of work. We hired ODM to do several interior & exterior remodels over the past month & a half. ODM helped us design our master bathroom & closet. I am absolutely happy with how everything turned out!!! Humberto and his team of workers pay close attention to detail and as a result their work is top quality! They never leave anything unfinished or a mess either. Wow. I have had nothing but the absolute BEST experience working with Humberto and his team. Trustworthy, honest, diligent, and will get the job done to your EXACT specifications.

I called ODM Construction about a month ago to have dry wall installed, new power outlets installed, and general contractor work done around our office headquarters at MVMT and he has beyond delivered for us.

Every other contractor and construction company I called to get the work done either wouldn't answer their phone, told me they couldn't come out to the site for weeks, or were just rude. I eventually found ODM Construction and called. Oscar picked up the phone, and I am so glad he did. Oscar was very polite and scheduled an appointment for the next day and the job started just days after Humberto came out for our initial assessment meeting for the project.

Humberto and his team pulled permits for us (we are a commercial office space) had an architect draw out design plans, worked late hours to adjust to our office working schedule and constantly made progress on our project regardless of any minor speed bump that came up from our end. Anything we needed he would answer his phone or respond with a text immediately or in a very time efficient manner.

Seriously one of the most enjoyable experience to a rather large office renovation project. I feel like we hit the lottery in terms of finding a great contractor and will continue to give him business from the outstanding work he has done in our office. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

You rarely find people like Humberto phenomenal human being. We look for a contractor for quite a while we found ODM Construction through Yelp. We read their review they were great it gave us more trust reading them. We gave them a call I talked with Oscar his son very nice gentleman. He made the appointment for us so we can meet with his Dad the contractor. We met he gave us a very GOOD price for our home remodeling as he explained an opened up our mind to other ideas. We had gotten 5 other bids from other contractors he was the best offer we had to what we wanted and he gave us more trust. When we started the job he walked us through everything and he gave us a 3D design of our project which helps a lot to get a visual representation. He explained to us the way he worked and explain to us every single detail about everything. Their crew is really nice people very organize and clean. Our bathrooms came out a great. The kitchen looks AMAZING. Humberto was very straight with us and we love that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! them if you're trying to save yourself a headache with other contractors who just want your money. He is the owner of the company and he understands you as a homeowner.

Highly recommend them ! When I moved into my new house my husband and I knew we wanted to remodel our 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. We waited for about 2 years till will finally decided to do them. We started searching up contractors we went to home shows and did a lot of research on Yelp. We met Humberto at the Ventura home show there we so many companies. We gave our information to some of them one of them was ODM Construction. What we liked about ODM is that Humberto the owner took his time to show us different jobs he had done in the past unlike other contractors who just gave us a bid. Humberto is such a caring person he cares about his customers all the time. It was so hard finding a trustworthy contractor especially when you just moved. I recently moved to California from Miami for a work opportunity. My husband and I purchased a house in Woodland,Hills CA. We had some friends here who told us about ODM Construction that they had done a great job in their bathroom remodeling. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. We gave them a call.
