We had a clogged dryer vent and a heater smell like burning dust.
Zak came over an make an estimate. He was very transparent with pricing and up-most professional. We decided to use Omni Air HVAC because of Zak's presentation and his personal skills set.
The following Saturday, Omni Air HVAC came to complete the job and we are very pleased with their service.
Kudos to Rashad for being a very pleasant and easy person to talk to.

If there were more stars to give I would. After bidding out a job where we thought we needed 10k of work done Rashad and team showed up and gave us honest opinion and instead of taking advanced of us they were able to fix our problem for less that 10% of what others were telling us. Extremely knowledgeable and full of integrity. I can't recommend Omni Air enough.

I got 4 quotes before deciding on Omni Air. Despite 2 other companies that we didn't choose were putting Omni Air down, I felt more comfortable with them after talking to Zak & Rashad with my follow up questions. They were always responsive whenever I reached out with further clarifications before and during installation. We chose to go with the AC Pro 5 ton Heat Pump with Air Handler, to go all electric, and slim line condenser with manual dampers and a new ducting replacement since our old ducting had broken seals and were not installed properly.

Although there were quite a few hurdles along the way with the new heat pump/condenser replacement, Zak and Rashad were super professional and kept trying their best to find the most efficient solution. Rashad even willingly went all the way to Bloomfield on the last day to get a new heat pump unit because the initial unit they brought was faulty instead of waiting a day for delivery from the manufacturer and he didn't want us to go any further without heat in the home. He was even so kind to offer to supply us with space heaters if we didn't have any.

The great thing about Omni Air is how generous they are to their customer. They are the only company that has ever provided lunch to its customers. I was so shocked when they asked me what we'd like for lunch that I had to keep turning Rashad down with his offer. But the next day he surprised us with ramen lunch, which my girls & I were super appreciative. Another way they treat their customers well is not charging for unexpected complications. They encountered some additional ducting problems during replacement, that they didn't charge us extra for the added work.

Zak was super thorough with making sure the air flow circulation was optimal in every room and floor by changing the manual dampers, that we included in the ducting replacement. We now have heat throughout the house. I'm extremely pleased that heat is now properly flowing on the 1st floor when before we'd turn it on only to get a slight temperature increase on the 1st floor but the upstairs was like a sauna bringing a 10+ degree temperature difference between the floors. They even made sure I knew how to change the filter in the new heat pump as well as using the new Nest thermostat, included in the quote, they installed.

Overall, we are super happy with Omni Air that we stayed within budget, got heat back in the home and heat is now properly flowing on the 1st floor. Thanks so much Omni Air!!!

Rashid and Zack came to rescue! So GLAD they came to fix my AC. Very nice and professional gentlemen. No SUGAR COATING. Also got their maintenance service. Can't wait to do business with them again.

I have an older forced heat unit which wasn't staying on. I've had a couple other HVAC guys to service it to no avail. I'd like to emphasize a few things that sets Rashad (owner) and Omni apart from other HVAC companies. First: There is no service charge or expectation of if you have us fix it then we'll waive the service charge. Second: Rashad came back out a second time (very next day) because as it often happens, as soon as the technician leaves, the unit doesn't work like it did when they left. But he came back out and did not charge me for a second visit. And guess what, the old unit is still working! Third: Rashad and his team took the time to go through every single step/option to determine what was wrong. He definitely didn't take any shortcuts in evaluating the issue. Fourth (and this is the most important factor for me): Rashad did not sell me anything I didn't need nor did he try to convince me to fix or buy something. So there was no pressure or even an implied suggestion to spend thousands of dollars to replace the unit. He could have but I appreciate that he didn't. Rather, he gave me all the realistic options, which made sense. It's always a bit intimidating to find an honest HVAC company but Rashad and Omni fit the bill and was the complete opposite of that. Our AC unit would randomly turn on and off upstairs for our server cooling. After calling Rashad, they came down, thought they found the problem and billed us for it, at a fair price. Then, they ran into another error that kept shorting out the pump that they had just bought for the AC unit. Instead of charging us for extra time materials, Rashad and Nick just said it was all included in the cost they billed and if it wasn't, they would refund the money and requote us for the new set of work done. Not scammy or pushy at all! They did great work, at a fast pace, and for a great price. Nice guys too. 10/10 saving them for future work.
