Stunning Bathroom Makeover in Centreville

Stunning Bathroom Makeover in Centreville At One Man Handyman Services, we take immense pride in our home renovation work, and one of our latest projects in Centreville, VA, exemplifies our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Our client, Nancy, approached us with a variety of needs for her bathroom, and we were excited to bring her vision to life. The Challenges We Faced Nancy’s bathroom had a range of issues that needed to be addressed, including: - Leaking tub faucet: This was a pressing concern that needed urgent attention. - Outdated trim work: The existing trim had seen better days and required a fresh coat of paint. - Installation needs: Nancy needed a new toilet seat and enhancements for her screen door. We understood that every detail mattered, and Nancy desired a solution that not only fixed these issues but also beautified her bathroom. Our Renovation Process To ensure a successful transformation, we adopted a systematic approach: 1. Assessment and Planning: We met with Nancy to assess all her needs and discussed potential solutions. We provided competitive quotes upfront, ensuring transparency throughout the process. 2. Execution of Tasks: - We started by repairing the leaking tub faucet, which not only resolved the water issue but also enhanced the overall functionality of the bathroom. - Next, we painted the bathroom walls and all the trim work. Our attention to detail ensured a perfect finish that transformed the room’s appearance. - We also installed a new toilet seat, adding both comfort and style to the bathroom decor. - For the screen door, we installed a new pneumatic kit, ensuring that it operated smoothly and efficiently. - Lastly, we constructed a wooden frame for Nancy’s vinyl lattice underpinning on her wheelchair ramp, blending functionality with safety. The Results We Achieved Upon completion of the project, Nancy was thrilled with the results. Not only did we address all her concerns, but we also delivered outstanding craftsmanship. Here’s what Nancy had to say about our work: > “We hired Corey Ferguson who is a Kerrville resident. He did construction work and painted our bathroom walls and installed and painted all the trim work. He installed a new toilet seat. We had a bathroom tub faucet leaking that he repaired. He installed a new pneumatic kit on our screen door. He built a wooden frame to attach our vinyl lattice as underpinning to our wheelchair ramp. He gave us competitive quotes for the work before the work began. He came on time each day and worked without stopping. He cleaned up each day. He had great attention to detail. He was very courteous and aimed to please. We highly recommend Corey for handyman work you may need." The transformation of Nancy’s bathroom not only met her expectations but surpassed them.
