Ossamu was truly customer obsessed and professional. He made every effort to find my neutral wires, fix my panel breakers and upgrade them by the code. Ossamu was very punctual. He was very clear about his charging structure. I am very happy about his work and certainly recommend OSJ Electric to other customers.

Ossamu was on time, on budget, & courteous. He replaced a power supply box and the GFCI outlets that were failing. All at what I thought was a fair price. Kudos to OSJ electric.

I needed to install GFCI outlets in my kitchen and bathroom. Ossamu from OSJ Electric knew exactly how these GFCI outlets may be interconnected and how many circuits they should be on. He knew right away how many outlets are required to install, unlike other guys I was talking to. He is very responsive to Yelp messages and texts to communicate with me. Ossamu was polite and courteous and fun to talk to. He also explained everything to me in great detail and was patient. Ossamu was super honest as well and told me what I need and why. It was done quickly, professionally and for a very fair price. His customer service and friendliness was outstanding. He worked non stop without breaks. Ossamu is courteous, punctual and efficient. I will not hesitate to call him again for any future needs.

Ossamu was punctual and did fantastic work. We had issues where we were receiving power in only certain rooms of our house. Ossamu was able to troubleshoot and determine the issue and came back on a weekend to complete the job so that we wouldn't be without power in portions in the house over the weekend. He did such a great job that we asked him to come out for a second project to install electrical for our outdoor kitchen. We highly recommend OSJ Electric and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks Ossamu!
