I would recommend this company to my friends. Alex and his helper did a great job installing new dampers in our ducts, and adjusting them to ensure balanced airflow. The estimator who gave me the estimate, Konstantin, was also very nice and helpful.
They really demonstrated that they care about the business, and care about customer satisfactory. I really appreciated their help.

We had the pleasure of working with them on installing a new Heat Pump System in our home. I love it!

Our 32 yr old original gas furnace & ancient AC unit finally met the Grim Reaper.
I was not feeling comfortable or cool in the evening. The house was still 80*. I started a Yelp Project & chose Ozone Services to evaluate & was hopeful we could still fix, but already knew it was time to invest in a new system. Arg..I just changed the Mother Board last Thanksgiving.
I was able to have an appointment on a Saturday.

Alex was our technician, tested our outdoor unit before opening our furnace in the garage...our refrigerant/coolant was leaking out from the coils & froze a section producing condensation.
I knew right away that Alex was an experienced technician, very knowledgeable, & professional. He gave his honest opinion.
We need a new unit.

We were able to get an appt with Konstantin, Project Manager the next day. I was able to appreciate his knowledge on Heating & Cooling, being able to understand in a simple explanation what system would work best for our home.
My husband wanted more quotes in addition to wanting a specific brand...
I was sad during this time because I wanted to start right away.

We applied for San Jose Clean Energy Rebate: once approved we were able to move forward with the Permit.

We decided to have Ozone Service install our new Goodman Variable Speed with Inverter Tech Heat Pump System, Goodman Air Handler: variable speed , & Goodman thermostat.

Alex, lead installer & Harry, 2nd installer are the most efficient & hard working individuals.
Tested our unit, heat & cooling. Showed me how to operate the new thermostat, where the filter needs to be changed & size, etc.

Why did we go with Ozone Services?
although they are a new company, I knew by speaking with Konstantin & Alex they are both very knowledgeable & care about their customers, but after so many quotes, they are give their honest opinion & evaluation for your home needs.
Communication was great via Yelp & text.

We are also lucky our entire unit failed this year because we were able to apply for TechClean Ca Rebate in addition to Federal Tax Credit.

Even if there were no rebates, the price for labor & equipment was very reasonable. (in my opinion).

They are my GO TO for our maintenance of our new heat pump & 2nd AC unit upstairs. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I highly recommend this company for your home services.

Recently, we had a brand new Heat Pump system installed, and everything works just perfectly. We reached out to the company right in the middle of the heatwave, and they responded with incredible speed and professionalism. The team arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and carried out the installation neatly and with great attention to detail.
Another big plus is that the installation came with a rebate.
