My AC was leaking water from the attic, and I had to find out the cause of the leak fast to avoid further damage. The first company I contacted only told me that the drain pan is broken, and it was until OZONE's Alex came that I found out I have severe ice buildup in my coil. The drain pan was slightly broken, but the big problem is low refrigerant. That really gave me a good impression with OZONE.

Anyway, in the hindsight, they were exactly right. There are leaks in my coil and I should have replaced the coil.

Fast forward, I hired OZONE after I found out our history. The process is very smooth. Alex came out on July 4th to run a leak test to find out it is indeed coil leak (plus some leak on the outdoor unit's connection joints). And next week on the heat of Friday Alex spent a whole morning helping to dismount the old coil, replaced with a new one, vacuumed system and tested one more time to make sure everything is working. He showed me all the parts he took out, and let me know all the changes he put in very clearly.
