Shan Shan project managed the entire renovation end to end, from sourcing the contractors we worked with, determining the right project scope to make the property attractive to our target clientele, to negotiating better rates with the contractors and even sourcing off of Facebook marketplace to meet my budget requirements, to driving timely progress and even finishing some projects ahead of schedule. Her eye for a property's potential is unparalleled.

Property Management: Shan Shan has been my strongest advocate, finding quality tenants that are reliable and take good care of the unit. She is uniquely skilled in placing tenants at all levels, from luxury, to regular market-rate, to housing voucher. Her diligence in responding to leads, running background checks, and contracting are second-to-none, both in speed and thoroughness. I am happy with all tenants she's placed in my units over the years, and trust her judgment completely. She's proactive in her management, ensuring that inspections and maintenance are scheduled well ahead of time, and has a wide network of specialists (plumbers, electricians, handymen, etc.) to address emergencies at a moment's notice and without hassle.

Eviction: I inherited an awful tenant with one of my property purchases, and Shan Shan helped me navigate the eviction process so smoothly, even dropping by the courthouse multiple times to accelerate the review process.
