Peter and his crew were great- they did what they said they said they would do and when they said they'd do it. We're very happy with the quality of the work in our bathroom reno which has proven to be of great value. Peter was in constant communication and handled everything we asked for- highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Peter and his company. We were on an extremely tight schedule for a remodel to sell a condo and Peter was on time, on budget, with high quality. His pricing is reasonable. He is totally honest and a pleasure to work with. He knows where to go to get high quality work done quickly and makes helpful suggestions. He is highly responsive checking in every day and went out of his way to pick up specialty items. I have worked with many contractors in 30 years of buying and selling houses. Without a doubt Peter is the best!

There is always a degree of anxiety when hiring a contractor… will they complete the job timely?!, will they provide the quality workmanship that you’d except?!, etc... I had Peter remodel our kitchen and the process was hassle-free and our kitchen turned out great. With Peter, your input is needed with design and materials, which is necessary and what I want from a contractor. Peter suggested a nice layout for the cooktop and stove, which was a little more work for him, but it made sense and what we went with. I purchased the cabinets, appliances, floor and back splash tiles, etc. and he and his crew did all the work (demo, tiles, plumbing, electrical, cabinet, countertop). Peter provided the sink and countertop, which was included in the estimated price (good deal!), and they are both good quality products. During the remodel, we had some suggestions/changes and he never said he wouldn’t do it, but rather he figured out a way to get it done. It was a three-week job, great turn around. Overall, I’m very pleased with Peter and his work.

Although the triple bathroom reno job has not yet begun in the Chicago area, I felt it necessary to write this review. Peter is a joy to work with. He responds to all questions usually within 15 minutes, no matter the time of day, is very professional and has an easy-going manner which makes him easy to talk to and discuss ideas.

I am very much looking forward to his expertise to renovate my bathrooms which are original to the house built in the 60's.

I will update these comments as the project progresses in the next few months. I highly recommend him for your projects and hope he doesn't get too busy if I decide to do more than the bathrooms!
