Expert Electrical Upgrades Done Right At PGM Home Improvement/Electrical & HVAC, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety and comfort of your home. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting one of our clients, Evonne Nielsen, who faced significant electrical challenges and required urgent repairs and upgrades. Before the Transformation Evonne reached out to us after experiencing damage that necessitated urgent attention to her home's electrical system. Her primary concerns included the need for new meter placement, a new panel installation, and the transfer of electrical power to ensure everything was functioning safely and efficiently. Like many homeowners, she felt overwhelmed and uncertain about the extent of the necessary repairs. This is where we stepped in. Our team understood that clear communication and a detailed plan were crucial to easing her concerns. The Transformation Process Upon assessing the situation, we carefully devised a strategy to address all of Evonne's electrical needs. Here’s an overview of the steps we took: 1. Assessment: We conducted a thorough evaluation of the existing electrical system to understand the damage and determine the best course of action. 2. Coordination with PGE: Our experienced technician, Vlad, managed all communication with Pacific Gas and Electric (PGE), which included navigating the required inspections seamlessly. 3. Installation: We proceeded with the installation of the new meter and panel, ensuring that every detail was attended to with precision. 4. Power Transfer: Our skilled team executed the power transfer, ensuring that it was done safely and efficiently without disrupting Evonne's day-to-day life. 5. Updates and Communication: Throughout the project, Vlad kept Evonne informed about every step, responding promptly to her questions and providing reassurance. The After Results The project was successfully completed with top-quality workmanship and Evonne was thrilled with the results. The upgrades not only improved her electrical safety but also enhanced the overall efficiency of her home. Evonne was kind enough to share her experience with us, stating: > "I cannot say enough positive things about the service provided by PGM Home Improvements. Damage to my home required repairs and upgrades that included new meter placement, new panel placement, and transfer of electrical power. Vlad and team were extremely professional, efficient, and thorough. I do not hesitate to refer PGM Home Improvements to any homeowner or business in need of electrical service. Thank you."
