Planet Maids are great! I booked them last minute, on the morning of the day that I needed service. They emailed me immediately asking for details of exactly what I needed and then text-updated me until they had found someone who could squeeze me in. I appreciated the contact and effort.
Ivone showed up a little early and was really lovely. She got to work right away and had great attention to detail! She also was concerned with not waking my baby and planned her cleaning strategically so as not to make too much noise until my girl was ready to get up. She cleaned for the full 2.5 hours and I am so surprised by how much she got done--the house is sparkling! Ivone cleaned things that don't even occur to me, and I am so grateful! My bath tub is a shade of white that I didn't know it could be (guess I'm an even worse housekeeper than I thought!).
After her visit, Planet Maids followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the service, and they got a big smiley face from me.
They are pricey, but you get great, immediate service (and setting up recurring service lowers the cost).

It was a last minute decision to hire a cleaning crew for my daughters apartment as her baby came a tad early and we weren't prepared. Went online and found Planet Maids Cleaning. I loved the fact that I could make arrangements online after hours and didn't need to wait until the office was open. I also loved the fact that there was a "shopping" list of services to choose from. The employee they sent was absolutely lovely. She was hard working and thorough. She tackled every room with a professional expertise. She was not lazy and didn't cut any corners. I highly recommend this service as it is easy to arrange the service on line, their communication via text messages is appreciated and the caliber of their service is top notch!! I would not hesitate to hire this company again

My company booked Marsha to clean an apartment for some out of town employees to stay at. The apartment had that recently renovated smell, where every time you inhaled it was pure dust and wood from the construction. By the time the she left it was like stepping into a garden. She got every corner, scrubbed down the bathtub, and even cleaned the blinds. Scheduling was easy, we got updates in real time, and in just two hours the Marsha was in and out. Wonderful service overall. We definitely look forward to using Planet Maids in the future.

We have loved Planet Maids. We hadn't really done this except for big occasions but stuff in our family lately is such that while we can be tidy it is hard for us to stay deeply clean. Having regular visits from Planet Maids has worked beautifully to keep us from developing dust problems, grease problems in the kitchen, and the general grubbiness that happpens when the time intensive elbow grease tasks never seem to get done. We have had a few people come to do the work and they were all great but Angelica has been particularly amazing. Sometimes it seems to me that there won't be that much for her to do and then I come back into the house and it's like night and day. And she's just the nicest and most pleasant person. Definitely recommend.

One thing I will say is that they often try to move the schedule around on us. This doesn't bother me at all because it goes both ways--I feel like we can text back and forth with Planet Maids and our quirky schedule is accommodated cheerfully and they are very responsive--so if to get Angelica every now and then we have to shift the time a bit, I'm fine with it.

Ana came to clean my apartment after a long winter of lounging about and overall avoiding the household responsibilities of cleaning and vacuuming etc, etc. I was happy to see Ana and co. Arrive on time and walked her though what I wanted done.

You know those places in your apartment that are black holes of neglect? Those nooks and crannies of darkness and filth that have absorbed debris and detriment over so much time that you basically mentally block the existence of such spaces. I didn't even mention for them to clean those black holes out of sheer embarrassment. Well they went there and cleaned the frick out of them and everything else without me asking. It was fantastic

The drains even seemed to run better after they left. My own psyche seemed ina better state of well being! Not sure if that was simply a post hoc ergo propter hoc observation or not but either way it contributed into my week becoming a better one and was well worth the price. 10/10. All the thumbs and stars. Will use again soon!

I chose the Deep Cleaning option for my 1 bedroom apartment. I was worried that the 3.5 hr allotted time would not be enough since I did not do a real cleaning of my place in years, just picking up. Jamie arrived on time, went straight to work, and never stopped. I don't know how he did it, but Jamie got it all done and left my apartment looking great! I strongly recommend Planet Maids and especially Jamie if you want a thorough person to make the most of the money you are paying for your cleaning.
