Very friendly team and more of a partnership/friendship with Sam than just an installer of a new Heat pump! Kept the house clean. Going in & out of an attic plus crawl space can create a lot dirt but Sam and his team kept the carpet and living space clean. They took their time to make sure I was happy with where things were being installed before moving forward. Installation went very well as they showed up each day at the time they said they would allow me to schedule my day. Sam is just a phone call away if I ever need him. Truly knocked it out of the park!

I would give 6 stars if I could. I found Plum HVAC from Peninsula Clean Energy's list of approved contractors for HVAC. I replaced my central heating with a heat pump. Sam, the owner, gave me a quote that almost matched two other companies quotes (one being a family member's client so that must have been a close to rock bottom price) but Sam's quote included a better quality Bryant heat pump and a slim line condenser. The first company quoted with a Day and Night and the second company offered a Gree and both would charge additional for a slim line condenser. Sam was always easy to reach if I had questions for my HOA architectural approval, permits from Foster City (the building department is very...particular), or Peninsula Clean Energy loan and rebates. I couldn't be happier with the entire process with Plum, the work, or the interaction with installers Jake and Han who were professional, polite, and very clean. I am now enjoying my energy efficient heat pump and am ready for the heat! I highly, highly recommend Plum.

I reached out to 4 companies for mini split quotes; Plum HVAC pricing came in the lowest. Beyond that, Sam was very knowledgeable and kind during the in home consultation. He offered a quote in person, & stuck by it. They removed our old furnace, and installed a two head mini split in our two story townhouse. The work as you can see is very clean! The guys who installed it were very fun & professional. Sam & his team were communicative the whole way through including the permitting process. They took roughly one full day for install, which was very fast! Including removal & disposal of our old furnace. Natalie was very helpful throughout the Bayren Rebate process & always available for any questions! This system has changed our lives, wish we would have gotten it done sooner! It’s way better than we could have imagined.
