My house is large and I have 2 air conditioners. The upstairs unit completely died and the heat was unbearable. I had several companies come out but their prices were beyond my budget or they couldnt do the work for weeks. I finally found All Star Trade Pros and I was so lucky that I did. They worked with me, gave me a price I could afford, and worked me into a hectic schedule. They explained everything to me in great detail so I knew what I could get, what was available, how it worked and so on. I am not exaggerating to say that All Star's customer service is top notch and way better than most companies i've dealt with in my life. It is so annoying when you end up in such a bad situation, have your a/c go out in Texas and then, can't find a company who honestly cares. I highly recommend All Stars and you will be so happy if you choose to hire them. I promise that you won't be disappointed!!

Last week, my husband and I came home from work to discover our a/c had stopped working. We contacted All-Star Trade Pros after hours to see how quickly we could have a tech out to look at our unit. They were able to get us on schedule for first thing the next morning. Our service tech, Justice, arrived right on time the very next morning. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Our a/c unit is now running beautifully. My husband and I are very happy to recommend All-Star Trade Pros, not only for their excellent service, but their fair pricing, as well!

Wanted to take a moment and post some feedback on All-Star Trade Pros Plumbing. I needed to have my water filter system checked out. Talked to Eric in the office, very nice guy, and he was able to get me a visit setup next day. Next morning Travis came out, sent me a note when he was headed my way, was punctual. Super nice guy as well. Got right to work on my system, no sales pressure, just performed the inspection I was looking for, offered recommendations based on his tests and was on his way. A group like this is hard to come by and I would fully recommend using them if you are in the Georgetown/North Austin area.
