Transforming Ductwork in the Heatwave

Transforming Ductwork in the Heatwave At QualityCare Air Services, we pride ourselves on responding quickly to customer needs, especially during critical times. Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a client, Wayne Howren, who urgently required new ductwork installation amid an intense heatwave affecting Hemet, CA. Before: A Comfort Crisis Wayne reached out to us feeling frustrated because another HVAC company, which had previously replaced his HVAC system, was unable to meet his current needs due to the severe heat and their busy schedule. With temperatures soaring over 100 degrees, he and his tenant were desperate for a solution as the existing ductwork was not up to par. Understanding the urgency, Wayne turned to Thumbtack, where he found us. Within minutes of being contacted, our Project Manager, Anson, was on the phone with him, demonstrating our commitment to professional and responsive service. > "Let me say, I have only GREAT things to say about ANSON and his Company!... After 11 days, I still got nothing, so ANSON told me on Saturday to give him 3 minutes to make a call and see if he could have one of his guys go inspect the attic and vents." - Wayne Howren The Transformation Process Recognizing the immediate need, Anson showcased our resilient service approach. He scheduled a site inspection with one of our skilled technicians just two days later. On inspection day, we dispatched a second technician with all necessary materials. Our team worked efficiently to replace the old ductwork, ensuring everything was up to code and ready to handle the extreme temperatures. We applied our expertise in air duct installation, utilizing quality materials and best practices to enhance airflow and efficiency in Wayne's HVAC system. After: A Cool and Comfortable Home The results were immediate and impressive. Following our speedy response and installation, Wayne reported that his tenant was extremely happy with the revitalized system. No more discomfort in the sweltering heat; our quick and professional service made all the difference. > "I RECOMMEND ANSON & Quality Care Air to anyone needing honest, excellent work done.
