Scheduled a day-of appointment because of a broken A/C unit. Shiloh from Radiant fixed the issue and had my A/C up and running a few hours later. He explained the problem and showed how to take preventative measures as well. Amazing experience. Will be coming back if any other problems arise.

Arturo & Rene with Radiant did a wonderful job setting up our new AC system. They were efficient, very informative, and walked us through everything we needed to know. We really appreciated their professionalism and were happy to work with them!

Hoping this will finally get some attention. Purchased 2 new HAVC systems from Radiant. Purchase and install went smooth. Since than one of the nits has been leaking. I called customer service about and they send someone the same day. Fantastic. Was told they forgot to install a part. They will oder it and call me for time to install. That was 4 weeks ago. I have called mutiple times and have gotten nowhere. Most of the time I get transfered to the install department and sit on hold for 15 min + before I give up. After 2 weeks of the original call got a text saying part is being ordered. 1 -2 weeks. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Checked on the unit today and now there is a huge hole in the side of it where the install team seems to have cut corners with a bad tape job. We had been wondering why it had been extra humid in our house and the unit didnt seem to cool as before. I called again, same story. Someone will call you tomorrow about these things. Frustration is at 8.5/10. Classic really. They took $22k and now crickets. I happy to change this rating once this is fixed and we are made whole. Picture to show the hole I was talking about and you can see that the drip pan that is 6 weeks is already rusting out do to the constant leak.

To tell you the truth I do not write reviews, but after this 3.5 years nightmare I thought I would carve some time out to warn you.
We were convinced that our 10 year old unit was going to go out on us by summer and we should invest in a new one and since we were already replacing our dampener it would bundle the cost. This was the worst decision we have ever made for our home! Since then it has gone out every few months. Each example I give required a service man to come out and us be without heat/cooling, sometimes even waiting on new parts. They installed wiring wrong so that had to be redone, then there were loose wires, then the motherboard thing went out and had to be replaced, then they had to come back to reboot it, then they had to come back to recalibrate it, then they had to come back to charge the coolant, then to fix the pressure and again to put the pressure back because they messed it up the first time. Then we found out that the drain pipes were installed backwards and water was coming out the overflow and had to be redone. Then it leaked and gave our ceiling a large water stain, they fixed the satin but when they glued the pipes it came apart and leaked again. I will say that with every service call they have come out promptly to fix the problem and even extended our warranty to try and compensate for the constant system failures. But the instillation was so bad that it’s seems everything had to be redone.
Here we are again in August when we need it most. It is out again and we will have to wait 3 days to have someone look at it, my children and pets will have to suffer once again because this POS doesn’t work right. I feel that extending the warranty wasn’t enough, but honestly I don’t trust them to remove and reinstall a new system anyway. So I wait in my 90 degree house again for a temporary fix again, because I have no faith it wi work thru winter, since it hasn’t yet.

Wow! What an amazing plumbing company. The best in Austin for sure. They are not the cheapest but it shows in the quality of their work. I rather pay a little more for better service. Paul Ojeda the master plumber and Paul his apprentice did an amazing job for us. They were super professional and did all of our repairs efficiently and perfectly. I had one of the best interactions of any company with Paul O, such a great guy. Full of knowledge and experience. I’d call and ask for him for your next plumbing need.

Don't use this company. I spent $12,500 on a new AC for my rental. The first red flag was when they gave a copy of the invoice to my tenants showing what I paid as well as showing my personal address. Once summer came around again the unit began shutting off on its own leaving my tenant without AC. This happened a total of 5 times. Each time they came out they blamed the issue on something that isn't a fault of their own. Keep in mind, they failed to communicate this information with me and told my tenant also again having my tenant sign off for the work showing my personal address on multiple occasions. They finally acknowledged it was an issue with warranty and got them involved. Another month went by with no updates so I had to reach out only to get an unclear response to my question about if the unit is fixed by their tech, Justin. I asked again on two occasions only to be ignored by Justin. Radiant prides themself as being a "premium service" yet they have done nothing but provide a horrible service and lack of communication in my experience. I will not under any circumstances use this company for any services in the future.
