I contacted them, for my Mom, after finding them online. They were fantastic from beginning to end. Christian Hernandez, Matt Ford and Ryan Smith were all professional, informative and were able to ease my Mom's nerves. Faye was great with setting up and sending out text throughout the process with updates of whom was coming and when they would be on their way. Though my Mom's situation was complicated they sent out several people to help fix the situation and worked several hours (for 2 days) to get the job completed. I appreciate all the work they did and how well they treated her. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Customer service was superb.

Our AC went out in the height of summer in Austin when the temps were over 100 every day, which means ALL AC repair companies were incredibly busy. We are not unreasonable people, we understand that. So we made an appointment three weeks out and decided to get out of town in the meantime while we waited for our AC repair appointment.
Over that time we never got an email or call confirmation from the company and so were very concerned so we called. Come to find out because the previous owners of our house had used their service they sent any communication to that person, because apparently their extremely antiquated computer system simply overrode all of our contact details. For this reason, we called to confirm ourselves and were told yes in fact we were on the schedule, and we were able to fix all our contact details in the system.
With temperatures still at 100 degrees +, we ourselves called the day before our appointment to confirm our appointment and were told "Yes, a technician will be there between 8-12 tomorrow morning." So we did what we could to keep ourselves and our dogs comfortable but come 12 pm the next day there was no technician and no call.
A call eventually came and we were told that they were simply "too busy" and they would put us on the schedule for the end of the week. We called and scheduled an appointment WAY ahead of time, we waited 3.5 weeks for the appointment, and we called ourselves to confirm 24 hours ahead of time and they simply bumped us. This is an emergency case at this point we will have been without AC for 4 weeks in 100+ degree heat, who the hell are we getting bumped for?
We called to speak to someone and were simply told that "a manager would call us back in 24-48 hours." Given that we never received an appointment confirmation, we never received an appointment cancelation and given that no one ever showed up after 3.5 weeks of waiting we are not holding our breath at all. So I asked who we should expect a call from, the woman wouldn't say, she said she was remote and that she had no idea of who would be calling us or how to reach someone directly."
This company clearly spends all their money on advertising, and zero on business management. They are terribly run, and frankly, all their ads and their owners are straight-up liars because they speak to their reliability and friendly communication. Do yourself a favor and hire a REAL local professional versus a company run by narcissists who simply want to see themselves on TV every day and don't give a hell about the people they are charging money to "help."

Zak diagnosed why we had no hot water from our attic heater. The pilot had gone out due, most likely from a freak wind gust hitting the exhaust vent. I had him install a water leak cut off valve as a precaution. And he showed me how to do the annual water heater flush, saving me the cost of having Zak do it. He was friendly, courteous and just plain pleasant to work with. I’m going to keep using Radiant they may cost a bit more but they’re folks professional and they stand by their work getting it right the first time.
Mr. Urioste insulated the water pipes under my home. We met at a plumbing supply store as I was buying insulation supplies to do it myself. He generously offered advice and to help. He came out clearly knew what he was doing and quoted a fair price. (I’ve learned a pro can do what would take me hours if not days to do.) He was a delight to chat with both before and after the work. I’ll ask for him in the future.

Used these guys for first time at home today for a pretty serious plumbing problem. Excellent work. Thank you Robert. Have also used them many times at work. Although they warranty their work, I've never had to use that because they do it right the first time!
Update: Now used them for AC and still pleased. Thank you Grady for getting our AC up and running in this miserable heat. He's also coming back for some preventative maintenance work.

From the first phone call, the staff was wonderful. The receptionist got us scheduled quickly and was so pleasant. The fee to come out was reasonable compared to other companies I called as well. The technician who came out to service our unit was top notch! The inspection was thorough and he was able to diagnose and fix an issue we’ve had since the builders installed the unit in 2020. We will definitely be loyal customers!

Edit: yet another great experience with Radiant. We had a plumbing specialist out today who diagnosed and replaced our water heater on the same day. Preston was super friendly, thorough, patient and professional. Nothing but good things to say about Radiant.
Grady came out and did a tune-up on our AC unit. He was friendly, prompt, professional and informative. We are new to the house (and not super handy). He walked me through all the parts of our unit and recommended ways to get the best life out of it. Then I received an email with photos and a summary of the visit. I'm a fan of Radiant's maintenance system where they come out twice a year for tune-ups. Well worth the peace of mind!
