Radiant is amazing! We noticed water pouring out the back of our house and behind our washer. We called Radiant and Within 2 hours they were there! Shane was amazing! Very professional and thorough. He was friendly and pleasant. He explained what was going on and what he was going to do. We will call Radiant from this point on. Thank you, Shane!!!

Radiant came over back in 2020 when I called about a plumbing issue upstairs. After an endoscopy of my home they suggested I needed $25,000 worth of work. My home was less than 10 years old at that time. I agreed to the work and financing but pulled out after having Clarke Kent Plumbing come out and give me a different solution with a considerably lower price point ($1,500.00). Fun fact: Clarke Kent's solution worked. I was aware that I probably had shifting in my foundation and therefore plumbing, but the $25,000 "solution" was not necessary or appropriate at that time.<br>Fast forward to 2025. My foundation needs to be fixed. Radiant failed to cancel the permit in 2020 which meant my foundation company couldn't file for a new one. I was made aware of the situation and called Radiant to have them cancel. It took 3 days worth of getting the run around for them to push a button. I called on a Wednesday and they said they'd call me back. I called Thursday and they tried calling their permit department with no luck. No on answered the phone. They said they'd leave a message and call me back. No call back. No signs of life. I called again Friday, this time miffed. After spending about 10 minutes on hold I was told there was no one to take my call. No manager, no one from the permit department. Apparently no one works there because I couldn't speak to anyone. Then I turned into a bad person and had to be rude. Suddenly, there was someone available to take my call. I don't know if I was treated this way because I'm a single Latina woman dealing with home repairs on her own or if it was just good old fashioned bad service. What I do know is that I will be needing that original $25,000 job once my foundation is fixed. And I will certainly not be using Radiant. Service as bad as those corny commercials.

I came home from emergency surgery to find outside water leak. I called at 1am and informed and got great service and had Yuri Escalona at my home early in morning to make repair so I could have water on. He made sure there were no other leaks and ensured pipes wrapped up properly for tonight.
