Billy was awesome! We had a huge leak in the front yard for 3 hours when a decommissioned sprinkler was in fact in commission. He basically doubled his work ensuring the leak was absolved and it worked out! Thank you :)

I went online to schedule an appointment to flush my tankless water heater. On the morning of the appointment, not hearing from Radiant, I called them to confirm. Their dispatch confirmed. I took 3 hour off of work to be home for the 2pm appointment. At 2 pm, their dispatch called and said no one is coming. So, we rescheduled for another day at 8am. Took another 3 hours off of work. Nick showed up. I told him I needed to know how to flush the tankless water heater. He then told me I can provide you with a plug in to the water heater so that you never have to flush it again. He said itās pricey. He pulled up the item on Radiantās website- $2900. I said no. He said he may be able to get a discount and they will allow monthly payments. To get him to do the job, I told him I would like him to flush the water heater and Iāll think about it. He pulls up a brand new kit and said the price will be $500 for the kit and his labor. Not wanting to waste any more time, I said fine. He goes to his truck and then came back and told me the kit was not in his truck, āsomeone must have pulled it from the truck the night beforeā so he has āto run to get itā. He said he would be back in about 30 minutes. It was now 8:30 am and I had already wasted enough hours on this company. I called their dispatch and told them to cancel the job because the guy showed up not ready to work. Nick called me back and said he was on his way back to my house. I told him I wanted to know how to flush the water heater myself and was willing to pay to have a professional show me. Instead, what he did was try to upsell a $3000 product and was more focused on making a sale then doing what he was contracted to do, and then didnāt have the tools to the job. He then had the temerity to say ābut someone broke into my truck and stole the tools. Can you pay for the trip charge?ā I said, āno. You didnāt accomplish what you were tasked to do. I am a professional and I expect another professional to show up and be ready to work. The request was to flush the water heater. You didnāt do that.ā He kept repeating ābut someone stole my tools.ā Glib excuses from a guy who was more interested in making commission on a product than doing what he was asked to do. 5 hours of my time I will never see again. Moral of the story: not sure how Radiant got 1100+ positive reviews but companies who are interested in profits over service shouldnāt be hired. That was a complete waste of time. What a disappointment.

Jalen was fantastic. He did everything in his power to address the issue. Even though it wasnāt able to be completely repaired, he went above and beyond. I appreciated his attention to detail and compassion.

Highly recommend!! Shiloh was friendly, efficient and thorough with diagnostics and explaining what issues we were having with our HVAC system. He was out to our house within 30 minutes of us reaching out to Radiant, and our issues were resolved quickly. Excellent customer service and took the time to clean up after himself! Highly recommend him and Radiant!
