Jason D was professional, knowledgeable and provided all options and pricing for our electric work. He was able to come to our home on Saturday and got our breakers working properly before leaving. 10/10 would recommend.

SECOND UPDATE:
I have had work done by Radiant on numerous occasions, and used to be a member of their 'maintenance' plan. In quotes because they never did much maintenance, not even checking coolant levels in AC systems or flushing condensate lines. They instead use the 'maintenance' visit as a chance to sell you stuff (their techs work on commission which gives them a perverse motivation to do the most expensive thing possible). Anyway, I am no longer a customer and never will be again. Not after today.
While some Radiant technicians I've worked with have been highly professional and competent, I have had a couple who weren't. The latest one was today. He tried to install a Flo-Tech anti-scale device. He set to work. An hour later he confidently called the job good, I saw the device was booted up and connected to the pipes, paid him, then went to take a closer look at the device. It was clearly showing a grounding error on the status screen. It took me five seconds to determine this fact. I then ran out to the truck - luckily the tech had not yet left the premises. I brought this status error to his attention. He agreed with my assessment and went back to work on the job.
A while later he called the job good again...but had not bothered to hook up the device's wiring to the pipes....meaning, absolutely no chance the Flo-Tech device would function. I brought this to his attention. A little embarrassed, he agreed he had goofed and went back to work on the job.
By this time I had lost all confidence in his ability. I picked up the device installation manual and started to read it myself. As part of the install, the tech is supposed to use a proprietary scanner to make sure the anti-scale electromagnetic signal is being sent through the pipes. This is part of the install, per the manual.
So I asked the tech if he had the scanner with him. He did not. He left to get one. When he came back, sure enough, the device was not sending a signal through the pipes. He spent some time troubleshooting, could not figure it out, then spent some time on the phone with a Flo-Tech rep. He concluded he had a bad scanner. I concluded the scanner was almost certainly good, and it was the installation that had been a failure. He offered to remove the device and give me a refund. I agreed. Now I have a couple holes in my drywall and a wasted day of work.
I will not go with Radiant in the future. They are overpriced, which might be worth it because they are well insured and well staffed enough to take care of issues quickly when they arise. But I think I will go with a company that has better quality control. Some of the Radiant techs are not competent enough to be on a job by themselves.
Further update: after canceling the Radiant 'maintenance' plan back in November, on a phone call, I recently discovered Radiant had continued to bill me for the plan for the last two months. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company and will let you know what happens.
