Radiant provided same day service for my AC unit going out in the middle of the night (only company in Austin that offered to do so). Chris O. Was an exceptional service technician. He did a very thorough job inspecting our AC system to diagnose the root cause of the problem and explained the different options available to rectify the issue. Feel that we are in good hands with Chris and Radiant moving forward for all of our AC needs.

Radiant installed a new ac/furnace unit in our house in 2021. We were happy with the install despite the fact that their prices were more than competitors. We have had zero issues with the unit after install until May of 2024. We never had a follow up for free system checks and had not heard from their company since the install. When the unit stopped working in May of 2024 we called radiant first to have them troubleshoot. They informed us that their lead time is two weeks for emergency calls. It was 100 degrees outside and over 80 in the house which is dangerous for house inhabitants and dogs alike. Obviously we had to call another company to troubleshoot and fix the issue. We wanted radiant to fix the 2 stage system after the other company had got the system running as a one stage system. Because we had another company work on the unit to get it up and running radiant is not warranting the labor despite forcing our hand. So now our system that is only three years old is not working like it is supposed to and we have to use a different company to fix the 2 stage wiring. It’s disappointing that we chose a company with a strong services mantra and just three years later, they drop their customers to fend for themselves or force them to pay exorbitant fees. Radiant should stand by their service and products. An AC unit should not break after such a short time. Radiant should be embarrassed.
