Felt like I was at the mercy of the technician from the start. Immediately made me feel like I was doomed for having an old unit as he stated with out looking at the unit "yup she's done for". Said it was going to fail no matter what temporary solutions they made. Told me he had an anniversary today and made me feel like he was going to rush. Was informative but over explained things which I thought was unnecessary. Asked if I wanted a $400 conductor or a $500 one. If my unit was doomed to fail why even ask? Said the part had no warranty and no guarantee it could be reimbursed if I bought a new unit from y’all it would be possible to get a refund on it. Kept pushing new unit through out the day and even schedules someone to give me a estimate.
Update: Called and talked to manager about why I was charged so much for the cheapest part of the unit and they said "We have no control of the price outputted by our system.".
Shady company do not do business with them!!!!

Radiant is horrible. Don't use them. I would give them zero stars if google would let me. Installed coils and somehow blocked a sink that drains the AC line that never was backed up or showed signs of being backed up. A sticky insulation and Freon block was found just above the drain trap that backed up the AC drain line and the sink. The AC line flooded our ceilings. These guys are trying to say it clogged in two weeks, with no use of the sink in two weeks and another company serviced the AC every year before. Just their guys used that bathroom when they installed the coils. We don't use the sink but to wash our hands and that is on the slim occasion we go upstairs. Radiant are the only people that could have clogged that sink and backed it up starting at the AC drain line location like it is. I now do not believe that the coils needed to be replaced. The radiant guy found the coil leak in 3 minutes. Just long enough to get the tape off the box. A less than 5 years old system with a coil leak. Amazing. 4K plus later, for 8 pounds of freon, 4 hours of installation for a coil that was covered for material warranty. I don't trust you at all. I will not let you do anything in my house anymore without my supervision. I am sure I will be forced to call you, because you have the service warranty on the coils. Doubt you will say it is the coils if it was, so I won't be calling you to figure out what is wrong first. I am hoping I can dry this mess out before mold starts growing. Thanks for nothing, Radiant.

They get 1 star for prompt arrival and followup pre-appointment time with text messages. We had a water valve behind our refrigerator that was leaking, so valve needed replacing. The Radiant plumber said he would need to cut into the drywall to replace the valve and it would cost about $800. We tried to negotiate but the plumber said their rates were set. We declined and I paid the $30 service fee. We had another plumber come out the next day did NOT cut into our drywall, replaced the valve in 10 minutes, and charged less than $100. The valve is working great, no issues! I will NEVER call on Radiant again and will advise my neighbors not to as well. Ridicious!
