Def not cutting corners to hurry up and leave a job. He made sure we were happy and taken care of before he left. We def will put Radiant Plumbing on our speed dial!

Thought we could expect more based on the reviews but the service providers that visited our home were true scam artists. We experienced a clog that affected both of our bathrooms and required our guest toilet to be pulled up to correct. Since they were already doing that, we requested a camera inspection as this was in our new home and we wanted to make sure everything was in good condition. Not only did they slap us with a $50K estimate, they also hustled us for a cash tip of $200 “instead of billing us for the camera inspection”. In hindsight, this was an extremely unprofessional proposition for them to make to a customer but we were in distress at the $50K estimate in our new home and didn’t ask questions. Radiant’s “opinion” was that our entire plumbing system needed to be excavated (beneath our home) and replaced entirely due to inadequate pitch (despite no obvious leaks or standing water being present). Anyone we’ve provided our photos to for a 2nd opinion has said that our pipes look to be in good condition, definitely not something warranting the $50K estimate we received. We were also told that their camera inspection was conducted incorrectly without flush / water run testing while the camera was within the pipes to adequately identify the issue (if any). We’ve used our plumbing regularly ever since with no issues. Clogs happen everyday and should be a simple service visit but this turned into so much more for no good reason. I believe these service providers saw an opportunity with naive new homeowners and took advantage of our trust in them. They orchestrated a problem that wasn’t there and attached an egregious price tag to it. I will never use this company again and would caution anyone against using them as well. Shame on you, Radiant.
